残念ながら、今回のヘルムト キーナー氏（Ｋ１ファンド・アロケーション・システムの創始者であり投資家）の逮捕に伴い、Ｋ１グローバルＬｔｄ.は解散せざるを得ないようです。
Ｋ１グローバルＬｔｄ.及びその役員、一切捜査されていないにも拘らず、銀行は運用口座を凍結してしまいました。
今年８月から、解約及び、解約金の支払いは停止されていますが、現在の状況下では正確なＮＡＶは計算できる状態になく、停止措置はそのまま継続せざるを得ないようです。
いずれにしても、会社は解散する訳ですから、投資金はＮＡＶが把握でき次第、投資家に返還されることになるでしょう。
しかしながら、返還されるであろう金額ははっきりしませんし、いったい何時それがはっきりするのかも今のところわかりません。
以下、ＢＶＩでのＫ１グローバルＬｔｄ.の役員会議事録原文。
WHEREAS K 1 Global Ltd. has invested its assets into several target and sub funds;
WHEREAS due to circumstances relating to allegations made against Mr. Helmut Kiener, who invented the K 1 Fund Allocation System, according to which the assets of the Company including the Participation Rights capital have been invested, and due to his arrest on certain alleged misconduct, the Company is no longer able to carry out its business as intended;
WHEREAS although there are no investigations against the Company and its directors, the account keeping bank has frozen the Company's bank account;
WHEREAS the Company believes that the continuing suspension of redemptions and redemption payments and the daily risk that those target funds may stop calculating NAYs would make a further valuation incomplete or inaccurate
WHEREAS as a result of the aforesaid circumstance K 1 Global Ltd. is not able to calculate a correct NAV for the issued Participation Rights and/or Shares anymore;
WE, being all the directors of the Company, HEREBY RESOLVE as follows:
RESOLVED that the calculation of the Net Asset Value of the Participation Rights and Shares issued by K 1 Global Ltd. is suspended from 1. August 2009 onwards.
