クリスマス•イブをブラジル人友人の実家でお祝いしました。これまでこの時期は一時帰国などでブラジルにいなかったので、初めてのブラジリアン•クリスマスです。
友人のお母様が2日間かけて作った美味しい料理に舌鼓を打ち、日付が変わったあとプレゼント交換をしました。この日は大雨の熱帯夜。雪なし、暖房なしの蒸し暑いトロピカル•クリスマスもまたいいものです:)
Celebrated our first traditional Brazilian Christmas at our Brazilian friend's parents' house! (We're usually away during this time of the year)
Delish food which my friend's mom spent two days preparing! No snow or chestnut roasting on the open fire, the pouring rain and humidity made the evening very tropical and special:)
