中国地図に「釣魚島」未記載＝71年以前、尖閣自国領と見なさず―国境線も変更

【北京時事】1949年に中華人民共和国（中国）が成立して以降、71年7月までに中国政府系の地図出版社が発行した地図の中に、領有権を主張する沖縄県・尖閣諸島について「釣魚島」という中国名が一切記載されていないことが29日分かった。中国が尖閣諸島の領有権主張を始めたのは71年で、同年以前に国家測絵（測量製図）総局が作成した国内地図にも記載がなかった。主張開始に合わせて尖閣諸島周辺の国境線の位置を意図的に変更したとみられることも判明した。
[Beijing current events], in the map which a Chinese governmental map publishing company published by July, 71, knew that the middle name of a country called "fishing Uoshima" was not listed at all about Okinawa, Senkaku Islands which insisted on dominium on 29th since the People's Republic of China (China) was formed in 1949. It was 71 that China began the territorial claim of Senkaku Islands, and there was not a mention on the domestic map which 国家測絵 (surveying drafting) total station made before the same year either. It was recognized that it was considered to have changed the position of the borderline around Senkaku Islands to a claim start intentionally.
46年～2003年までに中国で発行された国内・世界地図計50種類以上を時事通信が入手し、調査した。複数の専門家によると、尖閣諸島をめぐり中国発行の地図を作成年次ごとに連続して系統的に調べたのは初めてとみられる。

尖閣問題に詳しい芹田健太郎・京都ノートルダム女子大学学長（国際法）は「政府系出版社の地図に（中国名の）記載がないのは、領土という意識がなかったことを裏付けるものだ」と指摘した。こうした地図の存在は、日本の尖閣諸島国有化や中国による防空識別圏設定で対立を深める日中間の議論にも波紋を広げそうだ。
Kentaro Serita, the Kyoto Notre Dame Women's College president (international law) who knew a lot about the issue of Senkaku pointed out, it "supported that there was not the consciousness called the territory that the map of the governmental publishing company did not have a mention" (the name of a country). The existence of such a map seems to widen a ripple for the argument between Japan and China deepening opposition by the Senkaku Islands nationalization of Japan and air defense identification zone setting by China.
