March 11, 2016。

時光飛逝 歳月如梭 光陰似箭
── 光陰矢の如し ── Time flies。

Five years have come and gone since that day - the 2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami hit Japan on March 11.
The years just flew by and also the memories of outsiders are receding fast 'cause they are fading away day by day especially for them.

記憶ってのは少しずつ色褪せてくもので
特に当事者じゃなければ容易く薄らぐくらい、5 年なんてあっという間。

So, I thought yesterday....
What we should recall on this day.
What we must remember all the time in the future.
What you must never forget.

だから考えた。
今日という日に思い出すべきこと。
この先もずっと覚えてなきゃならないこと．．．．決して忘れちゃイケナイこと。

（この震災を「２万人が死んだ一つの事件」と考えると、被害者のことを全く理解できないんだよ。
「１人が死んだ事件が２万件あった」ってことなんだよ。）


"Cruelly speaking, it is because a human being that don't mind even if 100,000 people die or 1 million people die as long as their important person live."

（残酷な言い方をすれば、自分の大事な人が生きていれば、10万人死んでも100万人死んでもいいと思ってしまうのが人間なんだよ。）
