This time, using dry yeast, I made a rich whole wheat baguette, using butter, creating a slightly heavier but more flavorful bread. Thankfully in Japan, we have access to delicious European cheeses, in particular from Fior di Maso, whose Asiago cream cheese pairs fantastically with the nutty flavor of a whole wheat bread.
