Is one of most famous tipical dish served in Nagoya, need to be eat on 4stage! 1st. stage take one serving of rice from the big bowl to a smaller rice bowl can add some sweet sauce, 2nd stage: Take the second serving of rice from the big bowl. Then try it with prepared seasonings. 3rd. stage: one more serving of rice from the big bowl, and have with hot soup & eat same as ochazuke. 4th. satage: eat your favorite way!! I have always eaten this dish in Nagoya but today being in Hita area then i find this restaurant: Hita Mabushi Senya... Guy's this place is amazing!!
