Remember, before you say anything or praise what you make, always try what you make first and learn how to be humble!!! I'm not here to say or judge, but I see many people have exceeded the limits about this dish. I consider myself a lucky person for being born in this era and having had the opportunity to meet people like Antonio Pace & Sergio Miccu' the true warriors who fought left and right for this product all over the world! Without these two names the art of making Neapolitan pizza would not be where it is today - listed on the UNESCO intangible heritage list. I wonder if you realized that Neapolitan pizza has been this for centuries and thanks to people like them we know something about this pizza. If your pizza is not Neapolitan pizza what's wrong ?? why look for other identities ?? Why you try to call neapolitan pizza a product that is not Neapolitan pizza???
