「勉強をしよう」
今日、同じ大学の後輩で農業の道に進んで行った子に言った言葉。
彼が言うには、
「農業がしたいかどうか分からないけど、
農的生活がしたい」
と言う。
これは本人にも言ったからあえてブログ上でも書かせてもらうけど、
キャッシュフローを生み出せない類の「農的生活」は、
はっきり言って、ほとんどが国や地方公共団体の補助金で賄われている。
地方は若者に来てもらいたいから補助金などを出して誘致するのだけど、
マーケットを創出し、ビジネスを起こして雇用が生まれなければ、
それは単に「農的暮らし」をする公務員が増えていることに変わりない。
簡単に言えば、彼らが田舎暮らしをするためのお金が
別のビジネスなどで稼いだ一般の方々の収めた税金。
これに憤りを感じない人がどれほどいるのだろう。
この仕組みを知った上でもまだ「農的暮らしがしたい」と言えるのだろうか。
本当に農的暮らしを実践されている方の生活は、
経済とは切って切り離せないと思う。
農を生産的、サービス的要素で価値化（課金化）できる
ビジネススキルを持っている。
例えば、野菜の宅配、農業体験など。
自分にも言えることだけど、
勉強はし続けなければいけない。
これは一生そうだと思う。
今なぜこの状況が起こっているのか、
それをある程度つかんだ上で動けるかどうかで物事の進め方が変わる。
公の補助金を得て地方で過ごす方々に言いたいのは、
地方でマーケットを作るために本気で学び実践して欲しいということ。
そして、手助けができることは本気で手伝いたいので

I said this word to my junior who graduated from same university.
He said,
"I don't know I wanna do agriculture,
but I wanna spend agricultural life."
I said him,so I'm writing now.
Agricultural life without cashflow is supported by a subsidy.
Regions want to attract young people,so they make some subsidy.
But if they cannot make market or employment,
It is only increasing public servants to spend agricultural life.
In simple words,
their agricultural life is supported by another people's tax of another job.
How many peole think this is contradiction ?
I wonder he can say"I wanna spend agricultural life" after knowing this.
To practice the life which is real agricultural life is
near by economy.
They can monetize agriculture by production element and service element.
For example,vegetable home delivery,agriculture experience.
It can say for me,We have to continue to study.
It continue a lifetime.
We can change to do everything,if we know the position of phenomenon.
I'd like to say for supported by a subsidy of public
they try to study or practice to make market.
