I read the book "Business Management for Survival".
この本は、夢を実現する方法を教えてくれている。
This book teaches you "How to make your dreams come true".
夢を実現するためにすべきことは以下の4つだ。
There are four things you should do to make your dreams come true.
1. 現在のお金と時間の使い方を書く
Write down how you currently spend your money and time.
2. この際に固定費をできるだけ抑える
Keep fixed costs as low as possible.
3. 10年後の理想のお金と時間の流れを書く
Write down your ideal money and time flow 10 years from now.
4. 現在と未来の2つの図を見比べて、どうすれば10年後の理想に近づけるのかを考えて実行する。
Compare the two diagrams of the present and future, and think about how you can get closer to your ideal 10 years from now and act on it.
そして、理想に近づくために注意すべき2つこと。
And there are two things to keep in mind to get closer to your ideal.
①仕事は才能のあることを仕事にすべき。
You should do work that you are talented at.
間違ってはいけないのは、才能のあることとは他人よりできることではない。
Don't get me wrong, talent is not being able to do better than others.
才能とは、いつまでも好きなことを続けられることだ。
Talent is being able to continue doing what you love forever.
お金持ちになっても毎日続けたいことを、今からやり始めておいた方がいい。
You should start doing now what you want to continue doing every day even after you become rich.
でないと目標を達成したらその仕事やめてしまう。
Otherwise, you will quit that job once you achieve your goal.
②上手く行かない時は自分ではなくやり方を否定する。
When things don't go well, blame the method, not yourself.
何かに失敗した時は、あなたのせいではない。
When you fail at something, it's not your fault.
失敗したのは、あなたの方法が間違っているからだ。
You failed because your method was wrong.
自分を疑わずに自分が行った方法を疑おう。
Don't doubt yourself, doubt the way you did things.
