マラケシュはとにかく暑い。
Marrakech is hot anyway.
気温は約40度。でも湿度は低い。
The temperature is about 40 degrees. But the humidity is low.
私の旅は街を練り歩くスタイルなので、この暑さはだいぶきつい。
My journey is a style of parading around the city, so this heat is quite intense.
今日は、ホテルからすぐの旧市街とフナ市場(土産屋が立ち並んでいる)に行ったらクタクタになった。
Today, when I went to the old town and the crucian market (where souvenir shops are lined up) right from the hotel, I became sick.
他にもモスクなどにもいく予定があったが、無理せず早めにカサブランカに戻った。
I had plans to go to other mosques, but l returned to Casablanca as soon as possible without overdoing it.
カサブランカとマラケシュは列車で３時間しかかからないのに気温が7、8度くらい違う。
Casablanca and Marrakech take only 3 hours by train, but the temperature is about 7 or 8 degrees different.
やっぱり緯度や自然環境が違うと気候も全く違うことを再認識できた。
I was able to reaffirm that the climate was completely different when the latitude and the natural environment were different.
さて、今日でモロッコは終わりなので、モロッコでびっくりしたことを2つ共有する。
Now that Morocco is over today, we share two surprises in Morocco.
1つ目は、モロッコのパンが美味しいことだ。
The first is that Moroccan bread is delicious.
特にクロワッサンが美味いと感じていたが、そういえば元々フランス領だったな。笑
I especially felt that croissants were delicious, but it was originally French territory.
言葉もアラビア語の次がフランス語という感じだ。
The words are French next to Arabic.
北アフリカはフランスの影響をたくさん受けている。
North Africa is heavily influenced by France.
2つ目は、両替について。
The second is about currency exchange.
エジプトのアライバルVISAの時にドルで支払う必要があるので、円をドルに変えた。
I changed the yen to dollars because I had to pay in dollars during the Egyptian arrival VISA.
すると、ドルの小銭がないから端数はモロッコディルハムだった。笑
The fraction was Moroccan dirham because there was no dollar change.
大したことではないが、こういったことも経験しないとわからない。
It's not a big deal, but I don't know unless I experience these things.
世界は広く、それぞれのローカルルールで成り立っている。
The world is wide and consists of each local rule.
その魅力を知るには自分がそこにいくしかない。
The only way to know its charm is to go there.
やっぱり旅は楽しい！！
