今の短期的な目標は、日本人学校に行くこと。
My current goal is to go to a Japanese school.
でも日本人学校に行くためには条件がある。
There are conditions to go to a Japanese school.
1つ目は、「勤務成績が優秀」なこと。
The first is to have excellent work performance.
これは時間をかけて信頼を得ていくしかない、、。笑
You can only do this by gaining trust over time.
そしてもう一つ、大事な条件がある。
And there is another important condition.
二つ目は、「マルチプレイヤーになる」こと。
The second is to be a multiplayer.
具体的に言うと、教育に関して色々な資格や知識を持っていないとダメということだ。
Specifically, you need to have various qualifications and knowledge in education.
小学校や中学校、特別支援、生徒指導、進路指導などスペシャリストではなく、マルチの知識を持たなければならない。
You need to have multi-knowledge, not just a specialist in elementary school, junior high school, special needs education, student guidance, career guidance, etc.
なぜなら、日本人学校は少数精鋭なので、それぞれが互いに業務をカバーしなければならないからだ。
This is because Japanese schools are a small but elite school, so each person has to cover each other's work.
そこで、新しい目標を定めた。
So I set a new goal.
「今年中に小学校教諭の免許を取る」
"Get a license to teach elementary school by the end of this year."
中学校・高校の免許持っているので、残りの単位は通信通学で取れるらしい。
I already have a license for junior high and high school, so I can get the remaining credits by correspondence.
今後、転職をするとしても、何かプラスになるだろう。
Even if I change jobs in the future, it will be an advantage.
英語以外に勉強することが増えた。
I have more things to study other than English.
少しワクワクしている。
I'm a little excited.
日本人学校に行く可能性を少しでも高めていこう。
I want to increase my chances of going to a Japanese school, even if just a little.
