［棚田（佐賀県各地）］山の斜面を耕し、田んぼの土や水が流れ出さないよう丁寧に石積みして作られた棚田。県内6ケ所の棚田が「日本の棚田百選」（選定、農林水産省）に選ばれています。It is a terraced rice field made by cultivating the slopes of the mountain and carefully masonry it so that soil and water do not flow out.
