アシュケナージが通っていた音楽院でも、“忖度”？、“思いやり”？ がある。
アシュケナージ;
『若い指揮者の面白い話があります。
私が通っていたロシアの音楽院で、卒業試験の時、その出来事は起こりました。
その時、非常に価値ある尊敬する指揮者が、ホルンの審査員として呼ばれました。
初めのホルン奏者が演奏をし始めたが、ある小節で音を間違って演奏した。
その曲は良く知られていた。
本来、指揮者なら音間違いを指摘するものだが...。
交響曲が始まり、その間違った小節に来ても若い指揮者は止めることなくホルン奏者は演奏し続けたので、
その招かれた審査員が若い指揮者に言った。
「オーケストラ、演奏を止めて！
指揮者！ホルン奏者が間違った音を演奏していたのに、なぜ止めなかったんだ？！」
そう・・、そこに居た教授（おそらくホルン奏者の先生）は演奏を聴いていなかった。
すると、ホルン奏者が立ち上がって、
「教授！すみません、（音間違いを直すのを）忘れていました！」と・・。』
これを聞いて思い出したのは、映画『シンドラーのリスト』のワンシーン。
ドイツ兵が、ユダヤ人の捕虜たちにある疑いをかけ、「誰がやったんだ！？」と、無作為に一人の男性を選び、撃ち殺した。
しかしまだドイツ兵は撃つ相手を選び続けるが、そこで幼い少年がある行動を取る。
その少年は、列から一歩前を出て、黙り込んだ（迫真の演技）。
ドイツ兵にお前がやったのかと聞かれたが、
少年は、「僕は犯人を知っている。」と。
そして少年はおもむろに、銃で撃たれて死んでいる男性を指でさした。
そして、ドイツ兵は次の標的探しを諦めた。
たった一言で、大切な人や大勢の人を救うことができる。
自分をも。
「忖度」か「思いやり」かは、紙一重

Tell you a very good story about a young conductor.
In Russian Conservatory, when I have the exam (final exam) graduate from Conservatory.
