先日３日間にかけて、Miss Universe プレトレーニングが行われました。
椿山荘でのプレス発表から始まり、トータルワークアウトでのトレーニング、宮崎京さんによるウォーキング＆ポージングレッスン、撮影と非常に内容の濃い３日間
This week, I had the 3 days pre training contained a press release party, a training at a gym, a lesson of walking&posing and photo shots.
トレーニングにおいては、
普段から空中にて過酷な筋トレをしているので、いわば慣れっこ。笑
むしろ常日頃から筋肉に多少の痛みと引き締まりを感じていないと、不安になってしまうくらい
これから更に、ジムとポール浸けになりそうで楽しみです
In the training, I always work out hard with a pole, so that I've kinda got used to it.
Moreover, if I didn't feel my body toned or if I didn't feel a pain in my muscle, I can feel uneasy.
一方、ウォーキング＆ポージングレッスン。
本当に初めての事だらけでした。
やはりプロのモデルさんとして活躍されている方々が多く、魅せ方など学ぶ事ばかり。
On the other hand, in the walking & posing lesson, well,,, I'd never done it before.
There are many girls working as models; therefore, I've been so inspired by their technic.
且つ、私よりもずっと背の高い子達で、
（アメリカ生活ですら感じた事が無かったのに、
今回人生で初めて自分をチビに感じました）
正直とても焦りますし、
今まで知らなかった世界が目の前に広がっていて、
心の中は不安でいっぱい。
Also, they are much taller than me, which makes me feel impatient. ( even I didn't feel that I am short in the states...) there is huge world that I have never experienced before, and my heart is not that easy now.
でもその分、自分はまだまだチャレンジしなければならない事が沢山あって、それを出来る環境にいる。
なんという果報者でしょう。
However, there are many challenges thatI have to try, and I am in the environment that I can do that.
How lucky me.

ミスユニバースは、いわば時代を表す美の象徴。
Miss Universe is the symbol that shows the beauty of each era.
美には流行があり、時代によってその定義は変わります。
People say that there is a trend in a beauty, and the definition has been changing.
昨年の優勝者ベネズエラのGabriela Isler.
The winner last year from Venezuela.
健康的な肌色にバランスの取れた筋肉量。
Healthy skin and well balanced muscle.
これが現代の美であり、
この流行は当分の間続いてゆくだろうと、ケビン山崎さんも仰っていました。
This is the current beauty and this trend will last for the time being.

この３日間、
更に常にカメラの回っている中で、
知らぬ間にとっても緊張していたのだと思います。
These 3 days, probably I was so nervous before I know it watched by many people surrounded by cameras.
しかし、まだまだ序盤。
これからビューティキャンプなど色んな事が待ち受けているので、
引き続き、気を引き締めていきます。
However, it is just the begining.
全国大会は３月。
The japan competition is in 3 months.
それまでに心身ともにどんな変化が起こるのか、
楽しみでなりません
Until then, I am so excited with changes that would occur in my mind and body.

ブルーのドレスはシルクのグラデーションが特徴的で柄は全て手縫いで作られたもの。
お披露目会で少し短かったので、撮影では裾に少し手を加えました。
１stステージでは、このチームの中から２人に絞られます。
ハードスケジュールの中、苦楽を共にしたので、
たった３日間で切磋琢磨しあえる良い関係性となったと思います。
激戦区間違え無し
