トマトのペペロンチーノ風パスタ/Tomatoes with Spaghetti like aglio olio & peperoncino, no garlic.

トマトをざく切りにしてペペロンチーノみたいにします。私は、にんにくアレルギーというか、食べると胃の具合が悪くなるので、ここでは入れていません。
最近は何でも塩麹なので、最後に追加していますが、塩麹が無い場合は、普通の塩で代用可能です。

Summary in English
♪Ingredients
100g spaghetti.
12g salt.
1 tomato, cut into one bite saize.
1/2 middle, crushed red pepper flakes.
1 tablespoons olive oil.
1 teaspoon salt/salt koji.
proper amount shopped long welsh
♪How to cook
1. Place a large pot of water to boil. (Cook spaghetti according to package direction.)
2. Put salt into a large pot of hot water.
3. In a saucepan, pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil over low to medium heat.
4. Put the the hot chili pepper (peperoncino) in the sauce pan with low heat for 10 minutes and toss it.
5. Put the spaghetti in a boiled water and start the timer.
6. Put tomatoes in the sauce pan and saute it for 5 minutes.
7. When the spaghetti is ready, pour it into the saucepan with the hot oil.
8. Saute it for about 10 seconds to coat it with the oil.
9. Add a ladle of hot water which was cooked spaghetti mixture.
10. Add salt(salt koji) and stir it.
11.Sprinkle the chopped welsh on a spaghetti.
It's easy to cook & eat. You need nothing special, just need the foods in refrigerator!
※ I'm no tolerant with garlic, so this recipe use no garlic.
