明石海峡大橋はライトアップがキレイな橋
でも３月の震災後まもなく、夜間ライトアップは中止されていましたが、４月２８日に再開されました。
神戸新聞より引用
「この日は東日本大震災の犠牲者への弔意と、被災地、日本の復興への願いを込め、赤と白で「日の丸」を表現。２９日からはゴールデンウイークの特別点灯を行う。」
とのことです。
4/28のライトアップ
神戸が被災した時、たくさんの方に支えられてきたこと、３月にはこの海の向こうで東日本大震災という大変なことが起きたこと、今も大変な思いで過ごされてる方々大勢おられること、何か自分にできることを少しでもしたいと自分自身が思ったこと...そういうことを、これから先もずっと忘れないようにしていきたいです。

Akashi kaikyo bridge expressed our sorrow at many earthquake & tsunami victim's loss by illumination lights April 28th. It expressed the rising-sun flag (our Japanese flag) with the color of white & red illumination lights. According to the news paper, it seems to be a special illumination during GW (Golden Week which is Japanese public holidays like a week since April 29.)
I wanna stay strong and I do not forget to continue to pray and lend aid in the weeks/months ahead.
