アンディ―のパジャマ
今回は、前回告知した通り、ディズニーハロウィンの衣装....
As announced it last time this time; clothes of the Disney Halloween....
息子用の アンディーのパジャマです。
The disguise of my son. It is a pajama of Andy .
今年息子は、「アンディの衣装着たい！ウッディはいいや」と言いました
My son of this year "wants to wear clothes of Andy! I do not wear the Woody clothes" he said.
アンディと言ったら、緑のシャツと青のズボン。赤いジェシーのような帽子。
Andy is a shirt of the green and a blue pant. A hat like red Jesse.
息子は、それがいい！と言っていました。 だけど.... つまんない。
My son "Good it!" he said. But I am worthless.
青いパジャマ着てたよな...... コマ送りのサイトでパラパラと見ていたら......
He wore blue pajamas. ... ... . I saw it lightly in a site of the top forwarding.
そうだよ！ ダンボール被ってるじゃん！ これはいい！
That's right! He puts on corrugated cardboard! This is good!
これです！ これは注目度あるぞ！息子を説得して....オーケー出ました！
It is this! This attracts attention! Persuade my son. It is OK ...!
これは、簡単に作れそうです！
I seem to be able to easily make this!
まず、息子に合ったサイズの青いTシャツと青い半ズボンを購入。
１０月末なので、肌色の長袖も購入。
At first I purchase a blue T-shirt, blue shorts of the son size.
As it is the end of October, I purchase the long sleeves of the external color.
白い布を買ってきて
Buy white cloth..
アイロンプリント用紙にバズを印刷 ＆ アイロンがけ。
Buzz is printed out by iron print paper. And it is ironing.
このバズの絵柄......結構ないんですよ！
前回トランプで作ったので、そのまま使えたので、ラッキーでした。
There are not a pattern, the construction of this buzz!
As it was just usable as I made it with cards last time, I was lucky.
私の仕事はここまで。
My work to here.
あとは、奥様が、青いシャツに縫い付けるだけ！
My wife sews it on a blue shirt afterward!
完成！ じゃないね。
Completion! No. No.
ダンボール.....でかいやつ。あった！
Corrugated cardboard. A huge type. I found it!
息子の頭と肩幅を計って.....展開図考えて。これは簡単！
Measure a head and the width of the shoulders of Ｍy son. ... think about development. This is easy!
アンディーは、ダンボールの上にはハンガーをつけてるんだね.....
Andy attaches a hanger on the corrugated cardboard......
既存のハンガーの先を加工して付けようと思ったけど....
I intended to process the point of the existing hanger, and to attach it. But....
固いし、青とピンクしかないから、色塗るのも手間。
Obstinate. It is trouble to paint with a color.
バインド線で作っちゃいましょう。しっかり固定！
I will make it with a bind line. It is fixed well!
さあ、外寸は完成！
Well, the outside size is completed!
後は色塗り。息子にやらせようかと思ったら....
Afterward only as for the color coating. If I intend to let my son do it
「嫌だ！」 全く関心なし.....「子は親を見て育つ」なんて言うけど、
作ることに対し興味を持たないんだなあ....
"I do not do it!" There is totally no interest. "The child sees a parent and is brought up."
... Though everybody says so, he is not interested for making it.
アンディ―になったつもりで、マジックでお絵かき。
It intended to become Andy and did drawing with an oiliness pen.
完成！

10/29 東京ディズニーランドは、豪雨でした。 ダンボール溶けちゃうよ.....
10/29 Tokyo Disneyland was a heavy rain. Corrugated cardboard melts......
ゴミ袋に入れて行動したことは、言うまでもありません....
... that it does not need to say I put it in the garbage bag, and to have acted.
さあ、豪雨のパーク！

ワールドバザールに溜まってました.....

晴れてたら白の上履きでいく予定でした。

年齢的にもアンディーといっしょなのでいい感じです。

奥様お手製のブロックのアクセサリー（針山？）で、
プチ仮装。
Disguise petit with the accessories of Ｍy wife block homemade.
「可愛い衣装＆さりげなく」.....
ちょっと私とは、ジャンルが違うので任せました。
"Pretty clothes. Casually Toy Story"
As it was different from me in a genre, I entrusted it.
子供たちは、乗り物に乗りたがるので、このエリアにはあまりいませんでした。
Children want to get on a vehicle. So I was not in this area at long time.
でも、こんな人たちや.... But such people..............
ひょきん族の「ホタテマン」...知らないか....な人と.....
わたしも着させてもらいました。

雨は嫌！
I hate the rain!
来年、息子はリベンジしたい。
The son wants to revenge it next year.
そう思いました。

クリスマスツリーに追われてます。
I am pressed by Christmas tree production.
今年は、去年よりクリスマスっぽいかな...

ウッディ入りスーツケース＆TDL装備Suitcase with Woody& in park
前回の続きです。
Of the last time have a series of.
服は出来上がった！ あとは備品！
The clothes were completed! And equipment!
FAR EASTの飛行機には、アルのカバンが運ばれます。
A bag of Al is carried to the airplane of the FAR EAST.
これですね！
It is this!
ラウンドアップの４人を詰めるとなると、
ランドのパーク内に持ち込めません....
If I squeeze four people of the round up, I cannot bring it into the park of Disneyland. ...
とりあえず持ち込めるギリの大きさで作りましょう。
買うと高いし１回しか使わないしね。
Let's make it with size to be able to bring in first of all.It is expensive and uses only once.
まずは、骨組み。
At first it is a framework.
これは、蓋と合わせたところ。蝶番と取っ手が付くので、
そこだけは板を入れました。これなら軽いです。
After matching this with a cover. As there were a hinge and a handle, only there put a board.
This is light.
で、あとは、スチレンボード貼るだけ、
使い古しのカラーボードがあったから、それ使いましょう。
Because I only put a styrene board afterward,
and there was the color board of the stump, let's use it.
角を落として、毛羽立つとこは、薄く紙粘土を塗り、あとは研磨。
それっぽい？
I conquer the corner, and I paint with paper clay thinly,
and the place of irregularities polishes it afterward.Is it it-like?
さあ、塗装と...行きたいとこだけどまずは組み立て。
Well, I paint it. Though I want to paint it, at first I assemble it.
蝶番。取っ手。バッチンってやるやつ。
A hinge. A handle. Lock.
都合のいい取っ手は売ってません...
The convenient handle is not sold
木で作りましょう。右がトリマー&研磨したあとね。
Let's make it with a tree. The right is trimer & ground trace.
で、コの字のパーツづくり。
The making of lateral square-U-shaped parts.
プラ板をヒートガンで炙って、コの字に曲げて穴あけ！
I warm a plastic board with a high temperature warm air machine and I bend it
and make a hole in a lateral square-U-shape!
取っ手も穴あけ。
The handle makes a hole, too.
この穴に、組みねじを入れればいいね！
I should put "a composing type screw" in this hole!
取っ手は塗装するから、まだつけないよ。
Because I paint the handle, I do not yet attach it.
その他のパーツは、穴の位置を決めたいから一度組みましょう。
Because other parts want to locate the hole, let's assemble it once.
感じ出て来たね。
取っ手の受けの部分は、実際持つとこだけプラバンでちゃんと作り、
あとはダミー。
A feeling came out.Actually, only a place to use makes the stay of the handle
with a plastic board.Others are dummies.
いいね！ ばらして塗装しましょう！

だけど、問題発生！
But it is a problem occurrence!
スチレンボードの塗装は、
筆塗りで何度かやってるので、スプレーで吹けばすぐ！
The painting of the styrene board applies it by writing brush coating several times.
So it is immediate if it blows with spray!
そう思っていたら、このボードは、白のボードに色つきの紙？を
挟み込んでるタイプ.....色ムラがでる
I thought so. Type ... that this board puts colored paper between a white board.
Uneven coloring appears.
何度吹いても、乾くとムラがでる。 .........シーラー塗っておくんだった...
A spot appears even if it blows how many times when it dries. I put Sheeler coat.
雨も続いてるし、筆塗りで方法を変えましょう。
いい感じにはなったんだけどやっぱりまだ納得いかず....
The rain continues, too, and let's change the method by writing brush coating.
I looked good, but after all am not satisfied.
ペンキがシーラー代わりになってるし、もう一度スプレー。 よし！
Paint substitutes for Sheeler and sprays it once again. Good!
仕上げに、シルバーのスプレーを軽くふいて、
メタリック調になりました。
For finish of the silver sprayed it lightly, and became like metallic.
出来ました。これは、番号ロックが付いてる様なので.....
It was completed. This is a number lock type.
ダミーの番号キーを貼りました。番号は 113にすれば、
みんな納得するかな
I put the number key to dummy. If the number makes 113, Is everybody satisfied?
さあ、かばんは出来たよ。 でも中身は？？？？
Well, the bag was completed. But the contents? ? ? ?
まさか無ってわけにはね....
It is not good that there is not it.
ホームセンターへ行って、グレーのウレタン購入！
I go to the home center and purchase gray urethane!
かばんは、大きくないので、ウッディのみ。ウッディ型にウレタンをカット。
四角いブロック状に軽くカットされていて、それを毟り取るタイプがあって
便利だと思って購入したんですが、斜めにカットする部分が多く、
逆に汚くなってしまいました
As the bag is not big; only as for Woody. Urethane is cut by a Woody type.
There was urethane cut into a square block form lightly.I thought that it was convenient and purchased it,
but a lot of parts to cut diagonally have got dirty adversely
ウッディを入れると....

こんな感じ。ちょっとブカブカ部分があるのが、悔しいね。
Such a feeling. It is regrettable that there is a slightly oversized part.
これを、箱に装着です！
In this, it is wearing in a box!
蓋の裏は、イボイボになっていたので、それを貼りました。
これ、かばんが深いのでふかしてあります。
As the back of the cover roughened it, I put it.As this, a bag are deep, it is raised.
これで完全完成！
Completion complete in this!
じゃあ、インパしましょう！
Let's go to the park!
土砂降り。 豪雨。 こんな天気でパーク行ったの初めて。
A downpour. A heavy rain. Went to the park by such weather; this is the first time.
仮装の人々は、ワールドバザールから出ません。
The people of the disguise do not go out of the World bazaar.
という事でみんなにあったから...
In such a thing. Because met everybody......
こんな感じ。 仮装だって分かんないね...
Such a feeling. I do not understand even disguise, ...
後ろ姿。 A back figure.
中には、こんなの入ってま〜す！
This enters among them!
TOY STORY仮装の人たちと会ったのですが....
I met people of the TOY STORY disguise.......
みんな ？？？ って感じ。
Everybody..... ? ? ? Such a feeling.
知名度低いか.....
The popularity is low ...
で、カバン抱えてちょっとお芝居したら、
So I held a bag and did a play a little.
「あ〜〜〜」って感じで、みなさん「アハ体験」していました。
At last everybody knew it.
私がやった仮装の中で、「3」のロッツォを拾うゴミ収集の人の次に
知名度的低かったように感じました。
In the disguise that I did secondly of the popularity was low. I felt such.
（A person of the garbage collection to pick up "3" Lots-o most.）
もう、ネタがない！
この先は、どんどん知名度が低くなって行く〜〜〜〜
Because there is not anymore the material, it becomes not very well known after this....
今回一番感じたこと..... とにかく大雨は嫌！
What I felt most this time. ... Anyway, I hate the heavy rain!
手作り鞄なので、隙間がある...雨が入る。「113」も滲んでくる。
As it is a handmade bag, there is a gap. ... rain enters. "113 " is blurred, too.
パレードもないし.....
There is not the parade, too....
去年や一昨年の仮装の小道具だったらみんなアウトだね。
If it is a small tool of the disguise of last year and the year before last, all are no use.
次回は、息子の衣装を紹介します。

FAR EASTスタッフ衣装FAR EAST staff clothes
今年もハロウィン衣装やりました。
I did Halloween clothes this year.
毎年、TOY STORYに出てくる人間の仮装？変装をしています。
I do human disguise to come up in TOY STORY every year.
もうネタがありません....
There is already no material.
本編1.2.3。短編と.... 絞り出して...

This person. Do you understand it?
航空会社「FAR EAST」の荷物運搬スタッフです。(TOYSTORY2)
It is the baggage transportation staff of the airline "FAR EAST".
出てくる秒数は、５秒くらいかな？ でもセリフあります。
The number of seconds of the appearance scene is around five seconds. But there are lines.
まずは、じっくり観察。紺の長袖シャツをまくってますね....
At first I observe it slowly and carefully. He rolls up a dark blue long sleeves shirt.......
ポロシャツ購入。胸のポケットは、外します。
The polo shirt purchase. The pocket of the chest removes it.
これにアイロンプリントすればいいね！楽勝！
I should print an iron in this! It is completed immediately!
アイロンプリント用紙買ってきて、カッティングプロッタで
切ってもらいましょう....
I buy iron print paper, and let's cut it with a cutting plotter!
しかし問題発生。パソコンで印刷できるアイロンプリント用紙だと
布のような紙なので、うまく切れません...
However, it is a problem occurrence.
As it is paper such as the cloth when it is the iron print paper which can make prints with a PC,
I am not sharp well.
困った。 探してみたら、プロッターで使えるアイロンシートがありました。
I was in trouble. I looked for it. Then there was the iron sheet which was usable with a plotter.
プリントは出来ないので、色は1色。 でも問題ないね。
I cannot print it. The color is one color of seat. But I do not have any problem.
文字は、白1色。なので、購入。
The letter is one color of white. So I purchase it.
これ切った後。わかんないでしょ。
After having cut this. Do you not understand it?
余分な部分を取ってみましょう。
I will take the extra part.
こんな感じ。付いている薄いプラバンは、アイロンの熱に対応しています。
Such a feeling. The thin plastic van which there is in the back supports the heat of the iron.
アイロンかけてみましょう！
Let's do ironing!
こんな感じ。市販物みたいだね。凹凸もほぼないです。
ボタンは、白く塗りました。
Such a feeling. This is like a marketing thing. There are not approximately the irregularities, too.
I painted the button white.
腕のラインと背中のマークは、PC用のアイロンシートで自分で切ります。
横のロゴ？関係ありません。余白もったいないからね.....
I drain off the line of the arm and the mark of the back with an iron sheet for the PC by oneself.
Is it a horizontal logo? This does not matter. It is a waste of a blank. ...
さあ、貼りましょう！
Well, let's put it!
腕って同じ場所に戻ってこないといけないから、難しいね。
Because an arm must return to the same place, it is difficult.
そして背中！
It is also a back!
完全完成です！It is complete completion!
これで衣装は完成。ズボンは、紺のズボンもってるし、
耳にはめる黄色いイヤーマフもある！
The clothes are completed in this. The pants have dark blue pants.
There are the yellow earmuffs to have on an ear!
これでいけるね！ 今回は、楽勝！
紙で少しトラぶったけどすぐ出来ました。
I am good in this! I win it easily this time!
Though there were some troubles with paper, I was able to do it immediately.
みんな分かんないだろうな......まいっか...
Everybody will not understand this. Is it good ... ...?
でも、これだけじゃなあ.......分かんないよな...
But it is this. ...............l do not understand it, ...
備品も作ります。
