2CVの中で唯一の四駆。1958年に軍事目的で作られたようです。四駆と言っても前と後ろにエンジンが
1個づつ付いてます。
This car is the only four-wheel drive car in a kind of 2CV. It was made with military purposes in 1958. It is a four-wheel drive car keeping two engines
2004年のFBM フレンチブルーミーティング （フランス車のお祭り：車山高原）
で、フリマで売った物です。
It is the car of the paper band which it exhibited in flea market at French blue meeting of 2004.

この時は、マメに写真を撮ったので、作り方も説明します。
Because I took a lot of photographs during work then, I explain how to make.
基本的な作り方は、みんな同じです。
As for basic how to make, all are the same.
用意するものは、こんな感じです。
ハサミ（厚紙が切れるもの）、カッター、木工用ボンド、ピンセット、絞った濡れ布巾。
Necessary things are these.
The scissors that a cardboard cuts. A cutter. Bond for woodwork. Tweezers. The wet dish towel which
I squeezed.
そして紙バンド。このお店は高いです。ネットで探した方が種類も豊富で安いです。
And peper band.
展開図を用意します。展開図は、ミニカーなどで縦横計り、
拡大して自分の作りたい大きさにするといいでしょう。
You prepare the development of the car. The development measures length and breadth with minicars and you spread and should do it to one's size that you want to make.
でも、「難しすぎる。思い描けない」という方は、「ペーパークラフト」で、web検索すると車だけでなく、建物や他の乗り物などたくさん転がってます。
It is too difficult or cannot imagine about you who searche web, you find a lot of samples not only the car but also building or other vehicles.
紙バンドを切り始めます。作業的にもやりやすいし、後で他の細かいパーツも破片で作れるので、少し長めのサイズで切ります。
It begins to cut a paper band. Because it is easy to do it operatively and can make the other small parts with a piece later, it cuts it at size longish a little.
バンドの横にボンドを付けます。
You attach bond beside a band.
同じ長さに切ったバンドに貼りあわせます。
You let the band which it cut to the same length complete it
ボンドがはみ出たところは、濡れ布巾で拭き取ります。
Bond protrudes. You wipe it off with a wet dish towel.
サイズより少し余裕があった方が作業しやすいです。
It is easy to work when you have it to spare a little than real size.
板になったところで全体を濡れ布巾で拭き上げます。
A board is done. You wipe it with a wet dish towel and give the whole.
同じ板をもう1枚作り、少しずらして貼りあわせます。ずらした方がボンドで貼った部分が重ならないので、板の割れを防げます。
You already make the same board one piece. You move it and put it because you can prevent the breaking of the board.
板が乾いたら、切り取った展開図を板の上から鉛筆でなぞります。
鉛筆の線は、塗れ布巾で消えるので気にしなくて平気です。
紙バンド2枚の板なので、厚さがあります。なので、のりしろはいりません。
書いた線をカットしていきます。
You put the cut development which you put on a board dried. And trace it with a pencil.
You do not mind which painted with the line of the pencil because it disappears when you rubs it with a wet dish towel. It is a board of two pieces of paper bands because there is thickness. So feed it and do not enter. And you cut the line which I wrote.
切り抜いた窓の部分は、切り目が出てしまうので、紙バンドを2本幅に裂き、窓の内側に貼り隠します。
The window which you clipped out, you see the part which it cut. You tear a paper band in two of them and complete it in the inside of the window and cover it.
紙バンドを裂く時は、短く切ったPPバンドをちょっと切り込みを入れた紙バンドに噛ませ裂くと
奇麗に避けます。
When you tear a paper band, you use the PP band which you cut into short pieces.You can split neatly when you sandwich it the paper band which it cut a little.
これがPPバンド。みなさん絶対知ってるはず。
This is a PP band. I know it in all of you absolute.
そして、今度は切ったパーツを貼り合わせていきます。
丸みのあるパーツは、しっかり丸くしごいてからです。
The next affixes the part which it cut. The place with the roundness before you wave paperputting it.
ボンネットは、スペアタイヤが乗るので丸く開けます。
Because spare tire is put, the bonnet opens out peacefully.
リアは、エンジンがあるので、ファンがあります。くぼみを入れます。
There is a fan to rear engine. You put a concavity.
そして内装。サハラは四駆なので、シフトレバーの位置が一般の車の位置です。
ドールハウスの椅子を作ってるように感じます。床部分は、板3枚が良いでしょう。
And it is interior decoration. The position of the shift lever is the same as a general car because the Sahara is a four-wheel drive car. The floor part will have good three pieces of boards.
だんだんらしくなってきました。
It got closer to completion.
次はタイヤです。
The next makes a tires.
大きさにあった太さでくるくる巻いていきます。本当は1周ごと巻いて切っていく方が奇麗に仕上がるんですけど、私はめんどくさいのとあんまり目立たないのとで、最後の1周だけ長さを合わせてます。
（厚焼き卵みないなもんですね
・・・）
You wind it up with right size round and round.
タイヤを回るようにするので、シャフトより一周り太い筒を作ります。
Because you make it to surround the tire,you make a big pipe to walk around than a shaft.
リアのフェンダーです。リアフェンダーは、丸み帯びているので上の面、横の面の平らな部分まで作り、
あとはバンドを1本に裂いた物を貼っていき、穴を塞ぐ感覚で丸みを出します。
It is a fender of the rear. The rear fender takes on roundness. The round part puts the paper band which you tore in one of them and gives roundness.
タイヤをシャシーに付けたら、リアフェンダーを付けます。
You attach rear fender after the chassis attached a tire.
もう走りますよ！
The car already runs！
そして、蚕のまゆ作り。
And you make the chrysalis of the silkworm.
「まゆ」みたいでしょ。ボンドの付いた1本幅でクルクルクルクルまいて、丸く切ったライトを付けて
It seems to be "a chrysalis". You bind it with a band of one width with the bond round and round round and round. And you put the light that cut peacefully.
ライト完成。
The light is completed.
それをフェンダーにくつけ、あとはワイパーとかドアノブとか・・・細かい装飾を付けて・・・
Put it on the fender, and stick a windshield wiper and a doorknob and a small part ・・・
完成！！ Completed！！

It runs well.
この後は、カラーの紙バンドでしか作っていません。
After this work, I make it with only the paper band of the color.

ちなみにこのサハラは、売れてしまいました。

昔、梱包用のバンドとして使っていたバンドです。
