マカオぶらり旅 セナド広場・聖ドミニコ教会・聖ポール天主堂trip to macau part4

今回はまず、有名なセナド広場へ行ったそうです

(this time, they went to the famous Largo do Senado.)

ここがあの有名なセナド広場かあ～

(so this is the famous Largo do Senado!)

周りのコロニアルな建物が素敵だね！

(all the colonial buildings around here look nice!)

ほんとヨーロッパに来た見たい

(i really feel like i'm in Europe!)

そして、セナド広場を抜けると聖ドミニコ教会が出てきたそうです

(and after they walked through Largo do Senado, they arrived at Igreja de S. Domingos.)

ここはメキシコのアカプルコからやってきたドミニコ修道会の

スペイン人修道士３人によって１５８７年に創建されたんだって

(this chapel was built in 1587 by three Spanish monks who came from Acapulco inMexico.)

そして、その後、マカオで最も有名は聖ポール天主堂跡を見に行ったそうです

(and after that, they went to Ruinas de S.Paulo, the most famous touristy places in Macao.)

おおおおお！！さすが、有名なだけあってすごい人だね！

(wow!!! there are so many people here!!)

階段頑張って登るべ

(i'm gonna try climbing these stairs!!)

そして、ついに近くまでたどりついたそうです

(and finally, they got to the top!)

近くで見るとすごい迫力だね！！

(the walls look so gigantic up close!)

ここは２度も火災に見舞われてこの壁と階段の一部のみが残ったんだって

(S.Paulo was burned twice, and all that was left was this wall and some stairs..)

そして、十分堪能した後、帰路についたようです

(and after they looked around, they decided to head home.)

いや～ほんと歴史を感じさせられたよ

(there must be so much history behind this wall!)

大満足の一日だったようです

(they had very satisfying day!!)
