Sempre più verbi（More and more verbs）

この課ではessereとdovereの条件法を使った表現を勉強します。
●健太がフランツに復活祭の間の予定を尋ね、田舎に行きたいという彼に、農家が提供する宿泊施設、アグリツーリズモでの滞在を勧めます。

＜前半＞
K: Che cosa farai durante la settimana di Pasqua?
F: Uhm...Non ho ancora deciso. Andrei volentieri in campagna a passare una settimana tranquilla.
K: Ti piacerebbe fare un soggiorno in agriturismo?
F: Sì, mi piacerebbe tanto.
＜後半＞
F: Ci sarà qualche agrituriismo nei dintorni di Roma?
K : Certo. Anzi, ce ne dovrebbero essere tanti. Io ti consiglio questo.
F: Sembra carino. Tu ci sei mai stato?
K: Sì, e mi sono trovato molto bene.
F: Allora faccio subito la prenotazione. Potresti ripetermi il nome dell'agriturismo?
K: Certo.
＜英訳＞
K: What are you going to do during Easter week?
F: Uhm...I haven't decided yet. I would love to go to the countryside and spend a quiet week.

K: Sure. Indeed, there should be many. I recommend this to you.
F: It looks nice. Have you ever been there?
K: Yes, and I found it very good.
F: Then I'll make the reservation right away. Could you repeat the name of the farm for me?

●Frase chiave（Key phrase）
Anzi, ce ne dovrebbero essere tanti.
（Indeed, there should be many. ）
●Impariamo １（Let's learn １）
高田先生：
今回のポイントです。
▼ますessereの条件法を使った文です。
「おそらく～だろう」と不確かなことを言う場合にも条件法を使います。
「そのレストランはかなり手頃な値段だろう」
Quel ristorante sarebbe abbastanza economico.
（That restaurant would be quite cheap.）
「これらの文を何度も繰り返すことは役に立つだろう」
Sarebbe utile ripetere queste frasi tante volte.
（It would be helpful to repeat these sentences many times.）
▼次に動詞dovereの条件法を使った文です。
「私は試験に合格するためにもっと勉強しなければならないだろう」
Dovrei studiare di più per superare l'esame.
（I would have to study harder to pass the exam.）
「ミラノからの列車は間もなく到着するはずだ」
Il treno da Milano dovrebbe arrivare tra poco.
（The train from Milan should arrive soon.）
高田先生：
dovereの条件法の文は、場合によっては「本来は～すべきだが、実際にはそうしていない」、あるいは「本来～するはずだが、実際にはそうでない」というニュアンスを持つこともあります。

ではもう一つのポイントです。
動詞essereの条件法の変化を見ておきましょう。
▼essere(be)
sarei, saresti, sarebbe,
saremmo, sareste, sarebbero
▼avere(have)
avrei, avresti, avrebbe,
avremmo, avreste, avrebbero
▼dovere(must, have to, should)
dovrei, dovresti, dovrebbe,
dovremmo, dovreste, dovrebbero
Sarei molto lieto/a di poter lavorare con voi.
(I would be very happy to work with you.)
Avrei bisogno del tuo aiuto per risolvere *il problema.
（I would need your help to solve the problem.）
※problemaは語尾が-aでも男性名詞
Ci dovrebbe essere una soluzione più semplice.
（There should be a simpler solution.）

高田先生：
イタリアではアグリツーリズモがとても盛んですよね。
コスタンツァ先生：
Sì, come dice la parola, agriturismo combina le attività agricole con il piacere di soggiornare in bellissime case di campagna in mezzo alla natura in tutta Italia.
（Yes, as the word says, agritourism combines agricultural activities with the pleasure of staying in beautiful country homes in the midst of nature throughout Italy.）
高田先生：
アグリツーリズモっていうのは、もともと農業agricolturaと観光 turismoを組み合わせてできた言葉なんですけれども、イタリアにはですね、各地に魅力的な自然があって、それを味わうにはアグリツーリズムが最適だということですね。自然も魅力ですけれども、その土地の料理、食事も魅力的ですね。
リヴィオ先生：
Certo, la cucina italiana è estremamente varia e ogni zona cibi e vini diversi.
E l'agriturismo permette di provare autentici sapori locali in un'atmosfera familiare.
（Of course, Italian cuisine is extremely varied and each area has different foods and wines. And the agriturismo allows you to try authentic local flavors in a family atmosphere. ）
高田先生：
イタリアではですね地方独特の料理、それからワインもある。アグリツーリズモに滞在すれば、そうしたものを家庭的な雰囲気で味わうことができるということです。

※violinistaは男女同形
③Ci sono tante cose da vedere in questa città.
→ Ci sarebbero tante cose da vedere in questa città.
（There are so many things to see in this city.
→ There would be so many things to see in this city.）

※もう40年ほど前になりますが、ニュージーランドでファームステイというのをしたことがあります。2泊か3泊したかな？ちょっと農場の手伝いした程度だったですけど。テニスコートもあったりしてほんと広々としてましたね。
その時覚えた英語でなるほどと思った表現が二つ
Pull hard！（思いっきり引っ張って！）
農場の手伝いをしてる時、なかなか南京錠が開かなかったときに言われました。
そしてもう一つが、
Keep my fingers crossed.（幸運を祈ってるよ）
ホストマザーが見送りの際に言った言葉で、その時初めて覚えたと思います。
