Lezione ventiquattro(Lesson 24)
Ciao a tutti, sono Andrea. Come state?
(Hi everyone, I'm Andrea. How are you?)
Ciao, sono Carla. Siete pronti all'allenamento?
(Hi, I'm Carla. Are you ready for training?)
(Where we saw how to use the passive si and the impersonal si.)
Cominciamo il ripasso.
(Let's start the review.)
●Ripasso 1(Review 1)
Come si mangiano questi funghi?
(How are these mushrooms eaten?)
Dove si paga?
(Where do I pay?)

●Ripasso 3(Review 3)
(This time Haruka and Takeru are at the supermarket.)
H: Haruka I: impiegato T: Takeru
H: Scusi, come si mangia questo formaggio?
I: Quale?
T: Questo Pecorino Romano.
H: La carbonara? Mi piace molto. Lo prendiamo.
<英訳>
H: Excuse me, how do you eat this cheese?
I: Which one?
T: This Pecorino Romano cheese.
I: Pecorino Romano is also eaten as it is. Then you also use it to make spaghetti carbonara.
H: The carbonara? I like really it. We'll take it.
(Yes, but then in Italy there are many other very good cheeses.)
(For example, in my region, Campania, many cheeses are mainly fresh, such as buffalo mozzarella or ricotta.)
E sì. È vero.
(Well yes. It is true.)
(And instead in my region, Marche, cheeses like pecorino and caciotta are very common.)
(They are often also found in a flavored version, for example with Truffle from the Marche region.)
(But Carla, your mother, is from Sardinia, right?)
Sì.(Yes.)
Perché non ci racconti di quel formaggio?
(Why don't you tell us about that cheese?)
Sì. In Sardegna c'è il casu marzu. È chiamato anche formaggio con I vermi.
(Yes. In Sardinia there is casu marzu. It is also called cheese with worms.)
(And the larvae of this fly by eating and directing it turn it into a kind of cream.)
È un po' piccante.
(It's a little spicy.)
E si spalma sul pane carasau.
(And it is spread on carasau bread.)
Ma dove si può comprare?
(But where can you buy it?)
(Then until 2000 it could be bought in some delicatessens or directly from shepherds.)
Adesso è vietato venderlo.
(It is now forbidden to sell it.)
Ciao!.
(Bye!)
