※今日のレッスンにSai sciare?「スキーできますか？」というのがありましたね。
私の返事はNo, non so sciare.「できません」です。
20代の頃4・5回行ったと思うのですが、やっと滑って降りてこられる程度でやめました。
球技などのような相手の動きに反応してどう動くかというスポーツと違って、自分の動きをどう制御するかというスキーやゴルフといったスポーツは、やっぱりインストラクターから習わないとだめだというのが私の考えなんですが、どうでしょう？
ちなみにゴルフもまっすぐ飛ばせずやめました
