※一石二鳥を目論んで、スペイン語をイタリア語（ときどき英語も）に訳してみることに1か月挑戦してきましたが、イタリア語は自分にはかなり無理がありそうなので、英語をメインに訳すことに変更します。どの言語も未熟なので、誤りなどのご指摘大歓迎です！

sanoのほうがよく使われる

Se nota que come y duerme bien.
（You can tell he eats and sleeps well.）
（Si vede che mangia e dorme bene.）
★「顔色が悪い」
tener mala cara
Hace dos semanas que Julián tiene mala cara.
（Julian has been looking unwell for two weeks.）
tener mala caraは一時的に「（悪いことが起きて）青ざめる、顔色を失う」という意味にもなる
Después de hablar con el jefe, Marcos volvió con muy mala cara.
（After talking to the boss, Marcos came back looking very bad.）
反対に
tener buena caraはある時点で心身が良い状態を示す
Hoy tienes buena cara.
（You look good today.）
★「健康を享受する」
tener buena salud「健康である」
→gozar de buena salud, disfrutar de buena saludと表現できる。どちらも「享受する」といった、改まった言い方。
tener mala salud「不健康である」
→sufrir「被る」, padecer「患う」を使う。
Ella sufre de mala salud.
（She suffers from poor health.）
（Lei soffre di cattiva salute.）

リディア先生：
Los refranes, como "Entre salud y dinero: salud quiero", son el reflejo de tradiciones y cultura. Y también son una manera divertida de aprender un idioma. Anímate a buscar refranes con la palabra salud en Internet.

※イタリア語では
「彼女は顔色が良く見える」という場合は、
Lei sembra avere un buon colorito.
また、「彼女は顔色が悪い」という場合は、
Lei ha un cattivo colorito.
と表現するみたいですね。
