Sono spaghetti, a volte insaporiti con le acciughe, che vengono fritti in padella.

フェリーチェ先生：
Si rigirano in padella col pangrattato e cotti a fuoco lento, diventano croccanti tutti e due i lati.
（They are turned over in a pan with breadcrumbs and cooked over low heat, they become crunchy on both sides.）
カルラ先生：
E un piatto che si può preparare anche con gli spaghetti avanzati.
（It is a dish that can also be prepared with leftover spaghetti.）

カルラ先生：
Sì, ci sono tante cose arrivate dall'estero, per esempio il marzapane l'hanno portato gli arabi.
（Yes, there are many things that have arrived from abroad, for example the marzipan was brought by the Arabs.）
フェリーチェ先生：
Come anche il couscous famoso in Sicilia ma di origine araba.
（So is couscous famous in Sicily but of Arab origin.）
