「Sempre più verbi! (More and more verbs!)」
●ケンタとカルラがローマの日本食レストランで食事をしています。以前、日本に滞在していたカルラは当時のことを思い出して話をします。

<会話前半＞
C：Ripenso spesso al mio viaggio in Giappone. A Tokyo mangiavo quasi ogni giorno la cucina giapponese.
(I often think back to my trip to Japan. In Tokyo, I ate Japanese cuisine almost every day. )
K：E ogni tanto preparare tu stessa qualche piatto giapponese, vero?
(And occasionally prepare some Japanese dishes yourself, right? )
C：In fatti all'inizio non sapevo cucinare per niente, ma con l'aiuto di Miki ho imparato poco a poco.
(In fact, at first, I didn't know how to cook at all, but with Miki's help I learned little by little.)
<会話k後半＞
K：Il tuo piatto preferito era il riso al curry, vero?
(Your favorite dish was curry rice, right?)
C：Sì, la prima volta mi aspettavo un piatto simile a quello indiano ma in realtà era completamente diverso.
(Yes, the first time I was expecting a dish similar to the Indian dish but in fact it was completely different.)
K：Non è esattamente un nostro piatto tradizionale. È stato importato dal Occidente ma ormai è diventato uno dei piatti più amati dai giapponesi.
(It is not exactly our traditional dish. It was imported from the West but has now become one of the most beloved dishes of the Japanese.)
C：Adesso mi manca proprio.
(Now I really miss it.)

高田先生：イタリアにも世界各国のレストランがありますよね。二人はイタリアで外国の料理を食べに行っていましたか？
コスタンツァ先生：
Sì, io ho praticamente girato tutti ristoranti cinesi della mia zona un po' fuori Roma mentre in centro c'era un coreano che mi piaceva molto.
(Yes, I've practically visited all the Chinese restaurants in my area a little outside Rome while in the center there was a Korean restaurant that I really liked.)
リビオ先生：
Io invece andavo in un ristorante di cucina africana un po' piccante ma molto buono.
(I, on the other hand, went to a restaurant with African cuisine that was a little spicy but very good.)
