※enoteca（エノテカ）とは
Enoteca è il posto dove si va a comprare il vino e anche averlo.
(Enoteca is the place where you go to buy wine and also taste it.）
Eno è la parola greca del vino mentre teca indica il posto per conservare qualcosa.
(Eno is the Greek word for wine while teca indicates the place to store something.)
Ma anche il posto dove conoscere vini mai provati, buoni e non sempre cari, ascoltando i buoni consigli degli esperti che ci lavorano.
(But also the place to get to know wines that you've never tried, good and not always expensive, listening to the good advice of the experts who work there.)
