Now that nine-eleven is passed. Here are questions for you. What situation can make a people worthy of punishment for their governments actions against a foreign people, no matter the government style? What determines when an incident negatively affecting one place warrant pity or sadness from a whole country the place sit in, no matter the lies that make up the incident? If a country isn't defined by any one people, can one people's definition of said country ?

I lost my original diary of my experiences during September 11th originally. Over the years I have written what I remembered. But the one thing I never see or hear, is the justification for the attack. The U.S.A. ,whether you love it or hate it, is an empire, like all the others in history or the empires yet to be. Fifteen years ago on Water street, I don’t recall anyone but me saying the attack was based on what the U.S.A. did and does all over the world. Even if you accept the U.S.A.’s meddling or manipulation of other governments as necessary or a good, you can’t deny said meddling or manipulation always comes with abusing people outside the U.S.A. Does someone hurt by the U.S.A. empire not have a right to hurt the U.S.A. empire ?
Looking at the condition in Afghanistan , proves Trump doesn't want the U.S.A. to be isolated. He wants the U.S.A. to have a Libertarian stance among a Libertarian global order. Libertarians accept the freedom: to be homeless, to aid the homeless, to not aid the homeless. Trump wants to end F.D.R.'s war preventive global order, for a survival of the fittest order which aids the U.S.A. as it is the strongest militarily.

Are the incarcerated or formerly incarcerated ever included in assessments of labor in the United States of America? Most people are in jail in the USA for illegalities in trying to make money. Many people in the USA complain about the labor laziness of those not in prison but said people never seem to have anything to say supporting the labor needs of those in prison or released from prison.
The U.S. Bureau of Justice Statistics [ https://bjs.ojp.gov/ ] has a publication called the National Prisoner Statistics. I wanted to know how many people entered jail for the first time annually. I didn't find that number in the statistical sheets, nor did I search exhaustively, and some data is restricted. I think it is interesting that the federal government doesn't explicitly state the number of first time offenders into jail. But I tried New York State and got an unconfirmable (how can I confirm who is imprisoned in the USA or any of its constituent states?) statistic. It seems New York State had seventeen thousand and seventy three first time in prison , last year. Nine years before that the number of first timers was sixteen thousand six hundred and forty nine, while the overall number which includes those not first time was significantly higher. Interesting that the number of people first time hasn't changed much but the overall number was higher.
What I guess is in New York State the prison populace has gotten smaller thus the recidivism has gone down but the overall recidivism in the U.S.A. remains high and some states have grown their prison populations significantly.
