マレーシア屈指の人気リゾート地「ペナン島」にて、
南里沙クロマチックハーモニカリサイタルを2014年12月20日(土)に開催致します。
ビーチ・リゾート地として知られるペナン島。
｢ペナン島市｣の中心部に在るジョージタウンは、
ユネスコ世界遺産の文化遺産に登録されています。
ホテルなどの施設も充実したペナン。
ご旅行をかねて、南里沙リサイタル、いかがでしょうか～♪
会場はマレーシアサインズ大学内にあるホール・Dewan Budaya。
800名収容の大ホールで、演奏させて頂きます。
南里沙のクロマチックハーモニカの音色を世界へ、お届けしてきます！
今回は、ギター渡辺具義さんとデュオ。
ペナンの夜をクロマチックハーモニカとギターの音色で染めたいと思います。

“Risa Minami Harmonica Recital” will be organised in the end of 2014, by Music World Entertainment (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.
Harmonica, as known as French Harp, blues harp and mouth organ is a free reed wind instrument used worldwide for a variety of musical genres, notably blues American folk music, jazz, country, and rock and roll. It was once popular among youngsters from 1970 to 1990. For example, there were a lot of performances with this instrument by music entertainers and radio programmes about harmonica during 1970 – 1980, such as “Harmonica Music Appreciation”.
Penang is having the most population of harmonica players nationwide, which recording approximately 8,000 of them. However, harmonica has been forgotten gradually since 21st century due to the lack of performing platform and stimulation. Existing harmonica festival such as Asia Pacific Harmonica Festival (APHF) and the World Harmonica Festival (WHF) are undoubtedly among the most prestigious harmonica development platforms. Unfortunately, many people are unable to participate due to the insufficient fund.
The vision of Music World Entertainment (MWE) is to restore the gradually decreased harmonica community. This year, we have successfully invited the famous Japanese harmonica player, Risa Minami to join us in the mission of regaining this enthusiasm in Penang, Malaysia. We believe this recital will be an important stimulation to regain the community.
During the concert day, counter will be set for any enquiry about the features, structure and types of harmonica. Those who are interested in better understanding about the harmonica are welcomed to attend the event.
