Fine.

This evening Tokyo Tower was illuminated in pink color, which is considered as a part of the pink ribbon campaign. It was started by two American women who wanted to support breast cancer patients, survivors and their families. Now it’s acknowledged as the international symbol of breast cancer awareness.

I’ve never thought the meaning of the illuminations color before and it seemed me to animate the city. Recently we see lots of decorated monuments with pink color light on the first October. The illuminations are as beautiful as the meaning.

Finding something different from an ordinary day gives the possibility to discover new interesting things!

Beau temps.

Aujourd’hui a lieu “la journee des habitants de Tokyo”. Toutes les ecoles public de la capitale sont fermees et quelques evenements, comme la gratuite de certain muses, sont organises.

Ce jour n’est pas tres connu par le gens qui n’habite pas a Tokyo. D’ailleurs j’avoue que moi non plus je ne connaisait pas cette date avant aujourd’hui.
Malheureusement, cette journee n’est pas feriee dans les entreprises et tout le monde doit aller travailler. Dommage…

Il est interressant de voir que chaque jour un evenement a lieu quelque part dans le monde. Par exemple, apres-demain c’est la fete national de Allemagne.

The host city of the 2016 Olympic Games will be announced this weekend and the President of the U.S. will take part in the IOC session for Chicago.

In the latest days a star’s participation has a good effect to the decision-making of the host city.
Normally the Olympic Games are an international sports event, but I think it currently adapts to an economical and political situation. The big international event seems to be really important to give a strong impression and of course make more money.

Traditionally, the Olympic Games is a sports competition and it will give a dream to the future generation! Perhaps Rio de Janeiro, as is the first time in South America, is the better choice!

Il faisait gris.

Ce weekend, pour savoir qui organisera les J-O en 2016, les pays qualifies ont decide de presenter des personalitees importantes pour renforcer leur dossier. Je trouve que ce cote un peu show business s’eloigne de l’esprit soprtif de cette evenement.

Les grandes competitions internationales sont de plus en plus commercialisees. Les J-O sont devenu une affaire tres rentable pour beaucoup de gens.

Un exemple: Les Etats Unis souhaitaient diffuser gratuitement certaines recontres sportives sur le net. Mais le CIO y est totalement oppose, a cause des droits de diffusion qui represente une grande source de financement.

Il est dommage de voir que l’argent a encore prit le controle dans un si bel evenement.

It was cloudy.

The long holiday has been finished and my ordinary life starts. I’m getting better enough to take the commuter train.

Last week, the G-20 summit was held in Pittsburgh and the main issue discussed was the international financial recovery and stability. It might be a good occasion to make deeper diplomatic relation for all members at the heads of government level, especially for the Japanese new leader.
I think keeping a good international relation is helpful to contribute peace of the world.

In my holiday, I really appreciate peace at the park near my house, where everybody spent good time. People were doing sports, playing music instrument, picnicking with their family and friends in the sun.
It was so wonderful!

Il faisait gris.

Pendant les vacances je suis allee au parc a cote de chez moi. Il y avait des gens qui jouaient differents instruments de musiques, couraient avec leurs chiens, prenaient des photos, faisaient des picnic, etc…
C’etait tres agreeable !

Quand j’habitais en France, c’etait une image tres familiere. J’ apprecie la culture francaise pour ce cote vie simple et reposante. Auparavant, il me semblait que peu de Japonais profitait de leur temps libre de cette facon. Mais recement, les parcs sont remplies des plus jeunes aux plus ages

Est ce une raison economique ? Peu importe, ce type de changement me plait. Les gens sont plus proches les uns des autres et cela relaxe de la fatigue de la semaine passé en ville.
