First of all, I would like to be a healthy, active and open-minded senior. Imagine I were at the 90-year-old age, I might live in a nursing home, definitely with my husband. The nursing home is very luxurious, people who live there are all attractive, healthy and lively person.
Imagine I were at the 70 to 80-year-old age, I'd love to live in Europe. I would travel Paris, Germany, Greek, Italy, Spain all around there. I might learn a different language like Spanish, German and French.
Imagine I were at the 60-year-old age, I would enter so-called a world of politics. If you are eager to change the education of learning English fundamentally in Japan, you need to change policies first. I'm not interested in becoming a politician, but I'd instead engage in an Educational institution as a senior counselor.
Imagine I were at the 50-year-old age, I would work at University as a tutor or a research associate. I would research a field of learning English for ESL or an area of neuroscience. As I’m curious about seeing how the ESL’s brain operates when they learn a foreign language and how to react their brains by their behaviors or actions when they talk with foreigners. I might still teach English to few people like executives, but basically, I would concentrate on research at University.
Imagine I were at the 40-year-old age, it means next year, I would be working as a tutor or a coach just the same way as I'm doing. I would earn a lot of money by selling curriculum of improving English speaking ability for English learners of Japanese people. I would travel all over Japan and even the world to hold seminars to spread my ideas.
So, to make all the above things come true, how should I live daily life? First, you have to be healthy. Eating healthy food, doing exercise, and keeping your body shape nicely. Additionally, try to stay in touch with young people. If you want to interact with them, you have to remain tolerant, having a flexible and open mind to be respected by them. Finally, you need to be positive about new things and unfamiliar knowledge. By doing so, you can prevent from distortion of your brain which usually occurs as you get old.
Your future is brilliant. Believe yourself. I know you can do it, trust me.
Have a great day
