侵攻を受け米欧が厳しい対ロ制裁に踏み切る中、制裁から距離を置く諸国による仲介努力が加速している。イスラエルのベネット首相は５日、モスクワを訪問し、プーチン大統領と３時間にわたって会談した。ウクライナへの攻撃停止を呼び掛けたとみられる。その後、ベルリンへ移動してドイツのショルツ首相と意見交換。ベネット氏は一連の会談の前後、ゼレンスキー氏とも３回にわたって電話で協議した。

Zelensky’s administration has expanded its support for and public overtures to fascist forces in recent months as it has come under great pressure from the far right because of its initiation of negotiations with Russia, Germany and France over a settlement of the conflict in East Ukraine. In October, thousands of far-right supporters demonstrated against the negotiations and any “concessions” to Russia. Zelensky was then forced to sit down with members of the Azov Battalion when he ordered a minor withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from the frontlines in an attempt to fulfill parts of the German-backed Steinmeier formula.
ゼレンスキー政権は、ロシア、ドイツ、フランスとのウクライナ東部での紛争解決を巡る交渉開始を理由にして極右からの大きな圧力を受けたため、この数か月のうちに公開提案のための支持をファシスト軍へと拡大した。10月に何千人もの極右支持者は交渉とロシアに対するいかなり「譲歩」に反対してデモ活動をした。ゼレンスキーは、ドイツ支援のシュタインマイヤー方式の一部を実行する試みの中、ウクライナ人兵士の前線からの小規模撤退を指令した。その時に、アゾフ大隊の構成員と一緒に座るよう強要された。
イスラエルはゼレンスキー政権がミンスク合意を守れなくなった事情をよく分かっているのだろう。
イスラエルには和平に向けての仲介役を期待したい。

ロシア大使Vasily Nebenzyaは「ウクライナの武装解除と非ナチ化」は同国に平和をもたらすだろうと述べた。そして、ロシア国境に接しているウクライナをNATO加盟国にすることは、同国にとっては「起こるのが許せない実存する脅威」になるだろうと強調した。
Russian ambassador Vasily Nebenzya said the “demilitarization and de-nazification of Ukraine” would bring peace to the country and stressed that having Ukraine as a NATO member on Russia’s border would be an “existential threat” that his country would “not allow to happen.”

世界ユダヤ人会議(WJC)の下位組織である欧州ユダヤ人会議(EJC:European Jewish Congress)のホームページには、ウクライナ全土に36-40万人のユダヤ人が、そのうち、キエフに10万人、オデッサに45千人が住んでいる。
また、このページは「ウクライナ記念プロジェクトに含まれたナチ協力者(“Nazi collaborators included in Ukrainian memorial project”)」と題し記事が掲載されている。
これによると、Schutzmanshaft第109大隊の司令官だったステパーン・バンデーラ(Stephan Bandera) も記念されている。

このプロジェクトはウクライナ協会がやってようだが、

しかし、バンデーラに反対する市民は存在することが、 2014年5月2日にオデッサで起きた平和的な抗議運動に参加していた親ロシア市民が虐殺された事件を描く映像で分かる。この事件は「オデッサの虐殺」と呼ばれているらしい。
この映像に、「オデッサから出ていけ! バンデラの悪魔!」、「ファシズム反対」、「バンデーラ反対」を訴えるデモ行進をする市民の様子が含まれていた。
ゼレンスキーが大統領に就任したのは2019年5月たがら、この事件は前の大統領の時に起こったもの。
彼は選挙前に「優先順位一覧から先ず最初に内戦(ドンバス戦争と呼ばれている)を終わらせると約束」したと言われている。
しかし、彼が就任してからも内戦が8年間続いていた現実を見ると、ロシア大使の言っていることは真実であるように思えてならない。
この及川さんの動画によると「非ナチ化」はネオナチを排除することである。
