Arlington’s Texas Live! Named Best Deal of the Year by the Dallas Business Journal
Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – The Dallas Business Journal’s annual ‘Best Real Estate Deals of 2017’ event was held last night.
The City of Arlington snagged top honors for its world-class Texas Live! developement. Texas Live! also won the Entertainment and Sports category.
The $250-million dollar dining, entertainment and hospitality district is set to debut later this year. A big hiring event for the complex is slated for later this month at Globe Life Park.
The DBJ’s ‘Best Industrial Deal’ honor went to another Arlington project – NorthPoint Development, which is construction two warehouses for General Motors Assembly Plant Suppliers.
The facility is being built on the old Six Flags site, and will create hundreds of new jobs.
