Currently, I'm headed toward South Africa
50日間の豪華客船ロケ、持ってこればよかったなーと後悔してるのがもっとカジュアルな洋服や靴
For this 50-day trip on a luxury cruise ship, there are a few things I regretted not bringing...including more casual clothes and shoes.
豪華客船だしドレスコードもあると聞いてたんで、ブラウスやジャケットを何着か持ってきたけど、日中は結構みんなカジュアルな格好だし、寄港地で一日中観光するのにジーンズとサンダルを持ってこればよかったなーと後悔…もう遅いけど…
I had heard that there was a dress code, and given the posh image of this cruise line, I had brought with me mostly blouses and jackets, but it turns out that everyone here wears pretty casual attire during the day. Also, I should've brought more jeans and sandals for when we go out and about in port cities...too late! Oops.
そして、最近英語で話すことのほうが多いので、徐々に日本語が話せなくなってきているのに焦りを感じてます
Also, I've found that since I'm speaking in English a lot more than I am in Japanese, I'm starting to lose touch with the Japanese language...
不思議なもんで、東京にいたときは日本語で夢をみることが多かったんですが、クイーンエリザベスに乗って英語の生活に戻ってからは毎晩英語で夢をみるようになりました
It's strange, but back when I was in Tokyo, my dreams were in Japanese, and the moment I boarded the Queen Elizabeth and started living in an English environment, my dreams switched to English.
