今年6月に民主党の全国委員会がサイバー攻撃を受け、党幹部やヒラリーさんのメールが流出し、Wikileaksで公開されました。
In July of this year, the Democratic National Committee's (DNC) servers were attacked, and the emails of top Democratic officials as well as Hillary Clinton were leaked and published via Wikileaks.
報道によると、CIAはこれは、単にアメリカ大統領選挙を妨害し、アメリカを大混乱に陥れるためだけではなく、目的は明確にトランプさんの勝利だったと。

“I don’t believe they [Russia] interfered in the election...[the hacking] could be Russia. And it could be China. And it could be some guy in his home in New Jersey.”
ロシアは選挙に関与していないと思う。ハッキングはロシアかもしれないし、それか中国かもしれない。もしくはニュージャージーに住む誰かなのかもしれない。
と発言…。私の出身のニュージャージーを出すんじゃないよ…
CIAが特定した複数の人物が誰なのか、ロシア政府とどうつながってるのか、そしてWikileaksとの関係など、まだまだ明らかになっていないことがおおいですが。
Who the CIA has identified, what their connections are to the Russian government, and how Wikileaks was involved are all unanswered questions.
今までロシアがアメリカ政府のサーバーや企業などへのサイバー攻撃を行ってきたことはわかっていましたが（もちろん逆もあります…アメリカが行うサイバー攻撃も）。
In the past, it has been well known that Russia has engaged in cyber attacks against U.S. government servers and corporations (of course it goes the other way around too...U.S.-initiated cyber attacks).
こんなに直接的にアメリカの政治を影響し、大統領選挙に介入しようとしたのは初めてではないでしょうか。
This may be the first time it has so directly attempted to influence American politics and interfere in the outcome of a major presidential election.
