両親が9/11追悼コンサートに参加するために昨日NYCに行ったそうです。
My parents went to NYC yesterday to participate in a 9/11 memorial concert.

あの日をきっかけに、多くのアメリカ国民の人生や考え方、価値観が深くかわりました。私の人生の分岐点ともなりました。
That day triggered deep changes in the lives, way of thinking, and values of many Americans. It was also a turning point in my own life.
追悼式典をライブストリーミングでみてましたが、ヒラリーさんが体調不良で退席されたようですね。大丈夫かしら、肺炎だと報道されていますが…。
I was watching the commemoration ceremony via live streaming, but it appears Hillary Clinton had to leave due to health concerns. I hope she's all right...media sources say she was diagnosed with pneumonia recently.
