first four weeks but shockingly, after I worked my butt off last week, I only lost 100g!
I almost thought the scale must be broken!
maybe I didn't starve myself enough?
Yes I did have chocolate cake with full milk latte every day but thought I had
burnt way more than I ate!
Weight loss plateau??
I heard that you sometimes need to put up with the frustration for a month but
then suddenly start losing....hope it happens!

I started training at Sanwa with junior players. Shocker! My legs were like glued to the court! I only managed to train for an hour and limped back to the car park...
