I am getting there!!!

thanks to Mr PJ, who gave me such efficient (but tough) diet menu, basically,

almost no carbo and lots of protain...

We are off to NZ tonight...gotta pack!

We eat out on Sundays....

I've been on super low carbo diet which is just touturing!!!


Especially when kids go crazy on CARBO.....

I have improved my time for 8.5km at MacRitchie from 55 minutes when I did

my first run to 42 minutes!


I have done at least 6 rans and pretty happy with my time today.


When I got home, my daughter was setting up art saleダウン

I had to spent most of my earning today.... she is a hard seller!!!


息も絶え絶え、やっとの思いで完走したマクリッチーでの8.5kのタイムは55分。


途中、早歩きのおばさんに追い抜かされるという屈辱の初日からはや2ヶ月。


本日、オーバードライブ3粒のみ、プラス、チョコレートマフィンでシュガーハイとなり、新記録42分!!


ものすごい嬉しかった。


幸せな気分で家に帰ると、リビングで自分の絵を販売している娘がいた。


「買わないなら、誰かにあげちゃう」と脅され、もしかしたら将来もんのすごい値打ちがつくのではと期待して購入。


っていうか、この絵、すべて主人がすでに買っているのである。


テニスレッスンで不在のダディーの絵を勝手に転売する娘。


アーティストと自らを呼ぶ娘だが、こんなところは、さすが会計士の娘、と呼んであげたい。

What a day...


I had 8km run at MacRitchie then core training right after the run,


then had a lesson with my son for an hour at Sanwa.


I was still able to work for half day so pretty happy with the outcome of my

training regime.

Worked 7 days, all day this week....


I only got to do core training between my clients at the clinic and one 8km run

at MacRitchie...


Putting my feet up on the sofa while my husband entertaining our three kids at

the movie theatre,


Looking at my most favorite painting in the house.


This girl looks blank but so receptive with such vacant eyes.

Sunday is almost over...


疲れたっ!今週は働きづめで、トレーニングもコアを仕事の合間にちょこちょこ、


ランはマクリッチーの8kのみ。残念!


上の絵は、会社設立後の初めての売上でご褒美に購入した絵。


こんな感じで一日ぼーっとしていたい、そんな気分です。

It's been 5 weeks since I started my work-out and successfully shed 2kg in the
first four weeks but shockingly, after I worked my butt off last week, I only lost 100g!

I almost thought the scale must be broken!

maybe I didn't starve myself enough?

Yes I did have chocolate cake with full milk latte every day but thought I had
burnt way more than I ate!

Weight loss plateau??

I heard that you sometimes need to put up with the frustration for a month but
then suddenly start losing....hope it happens!

I started training at Sanwa with junior players. Shocker! My legs were like glued to the court! I only managed to train for an hour and limped back to the car park...

4週間で約2キロ近く減り順調に思われた減量は、この1週間停滞気味・・。チョコレートケーキ&ラテを諦めない代わりに、その分運動したのだけどたったの100g減。がっかり・・・。

サンワテニスアカデミーのプレーヤーズクラスでトレーニング開始!しかし、あまりに体が動かなくてショック・・・。

WITS -Biggest women's tennis league in Singapore-


Tennis is one of the most popular sports in Singapore. I have been playing WITS for almost three years by now.


WITS is a tennis league with more than 500 women who play tennis

for competitive challenge and social camaraderie. This weekday

tennis league enables ladies from diverse national and cultural

backgrounds to come together in a fun and positive environment.

Since its start in 2000, WITS has grown from 150 players to more

than three times its original size. The Autumn Season runs

September through November, and the Spring Season, February

through April.

音譜Half are new to tennis leagues but almost 30% have played for more than 10 years

音譜Women from 28 different countries
