This trend is totally true and it has been controversial among foreign-oriented or
Western-minded people for more than decade.
Therefore, Some of Japanese younger generation including me are trying to get out of
the Japanese conventional recruiting system which has been seldom changed and
catch new opportunities around the globe.
Now, as the article says, some Japanese companies at last acknowledge how precious
they are who knows advanced Western business strategy. I think it's too late to notice it.
Because other countries such as China or Korea has recognized it much earlier than Japan
and already has been tackling with it to be global.
It seems to me "Japan corporation" are solely catching up them without any strategies or calculations.
There is almost no chance there to become top among the fierce competitive environment.
I don't trust this kind of slow-paced Japanese companies any more and am going to try to
explore opportunities basically for established global companies.
Otherwise, to open my own business in fast-growing Asian countries because I feel
there are still a plenty of demands for growth and usually common sense or
Western theories don't work.
We shouldn't to fit in the circumstance in Japan,I highly believe that we should decide to
abandon this stiffening Japan once and lead examples to become truely global by ourselves
from younger generation.
