④ It seems like an interesting idea.

✴︎ 「それよりちょっとだけいい考え」の場合は、「a bit better idea than that」と言います。

✴︎ 「文字化けしている」は、「be garbled」というCPU用特殊用語を使います。
元々、「garble」は、「(事実を)勝手に曲げる、(知らずに)誤り伝える、(うっかり)ごっちゃにする」という意味を持つ他動詞です。
