The nature of municipalities across America is now changing. Some affluent families are dissatisfied that taxpayer dollars are going to support the poor. They are separating their communities from the rest of society and creating wealthy "cities" that exist apart. This movement is raising fears that the rich-poor gap in US society may be decisive.
