Bath Junkie, a company born and raised in northwest Arkansas, has expanded to Dillard's, the nationwide department store with more than 300 locations.
tiffany ringsThe company, founded by mother-daughter duo Judy Zimmer and Jocelyn Murray in 1996 and franchised in 2000, opened its first store-in-store location at the end of August in the Dillard's cosmetics department at the Northwest Arkansas Mall in Fayetteville. Bath Junkie occupies space next to the Origin's store.
http://www.colasu.com/handbags-v/Ellen Miller, executive corporate liaison for Bath Junkie, said Dillard's contacted the company and said the company thought the line of smell-good, environmentally friendly bath and body products would be a good fit for its stores.
Bath Junkie will next open in the Tulsa Dillard's in 2009. "We'll see how it goes," Miller said. "We hope to go to all 300-plus stores."
The company is also embarking on an environmental awareness ed hardy clothing initiative by purchasing clean energy credits, reducing waste and developing earth-friendly products.
