12/14（Tue）マルタスタディドットコム始動

久しぶりの更新です。
今このブログにアクセスしてこれを読んでくださっている
みなさんに感謝感謝です
これからまたぼちぼち更新するのでどうぞよろしくお願いします。

今までなにをしていたかというと、、、
2009年9月からマルタ→ケンブリッジ→マルタと英語留学して
2010年10月に無事帰国

留学中はインターンシップを利用して現地語学学校で働いたり、
留学エージェントを立ち上げたりと少々忙しくしており、
すっかりブログを放置しておりました（→言い訳ですが）

ようやく一段落したので留学中の更新できなかったネタや
これから留学する皆さんへの情報提供をしてきたいと思います。
興味はないかもしれないけど私の日常などもアップする予定です。

Dartmoor

I went to Dartmoor where Agatha Christie stayed and wrote many novels.
I caught a bus No.82 from Plymouth.
A return ticket was 4.75 pound.

After 1 hour, I arrived at Princetown.
There is a tourist info in here, so it's useful as a foothold.

I walked toward the highest hill.
It was a desolate field.

It was indeed a world of novel.
As far as my eye could reach, there was nothing.
I sometimes met a flock of sheep and horse.

Plymouth

Hi! I resume up loading, but it is random order...sorry.

I am in Plymouth.
It is south part of England and 3 hours far from London.

The town is bustling.
It might be more crowded with people in summer.

This is the tower that is a landmark in Plymouth.

The town is small, staying here for 2 nights is enough to see all.
Tomorrow, I'm going to go to Penzance.

11/4(Wed)GOZO Island part 1（ゴゾ島その一）

ご無沙汰しました。
外人恐怖症がなくなって
出歩くことが多くなったせいか
PCの前にいることが少なくなっています。

I'm sorry for my long silence.
I'm not afraid of other countries people and
go out more often, so the ever-reducing amounts of time
that I spend in front of the computer.

ずいぶん前になるけれど
ゴゾ島に行った時の写真をアップします。

Though it was weeks ago, I update about GOZO tour.

マルタ島からジープごとフェリーへ。
ゴゾ島ではオフロードの田舎道をガンガン走りつつ
主要な観光地を一通り回るという
旅行会社が準備した定番のコースで行ってきました。

We joined a tour "GOZO Journey by Jeep"
a basic course.
The tour guide run on country off road so fast
and brought us to major sightseeing spots.

ゴゾ島好きだなぁ。
マルタ島と違って土と家畜の匂いがする。
海が綺麗で無臭。
学校から一番近いビーチは海藻臭いので
なんかとっても新鮮で嬉しかった♪

I like GOZO.
I felt earthy smell.
The sea was beautiful and free of stink.

11/1(Sun)Cocopazzo（ココパッツォ）

I went to Italian restaurant in Valletta City.
The seafood was great and there were a wide range of wine!

The owner was talkative,
he said proudly about his secondhand Japanese car.

11/1(Sun)Valleta City（マルタの首都ヴァレッタシティ）

I went to Valletta city,
it was quiet and peaceful on weekend,
yet it's a capital of Malta.
It is a small castellated city near a seacoast.
I walked in city since most shops had been closed down.
In an hour,
I could walk from end to end.
Every places was picturesque.

10/30(Fri)Good service in Malta（マルタで良いサービスは珍しい!?

I lost my camera and I couldn't take pictures,
but I bought a new one.
So now I resume my blog.

We went to Nove that is the restaurant
across the street from Paparazzi.

It gave a really good service.
In Malta, sometimes I'm disappointed about quality of service,
but Nove was so nice!

We ordered one plate of cheese, 1 bottle of red wine
and a half bottle of white wine.
Both of wine were local wine.
I love Maltese wine.
It has a rich taste, yet it is very light like water.
Maybe it contains only 11 percent alcohol,
so, I have never had hangover in Malta.




Then I got side-tracked at Hugo's.
They are my classmates.

10/24(Sat)Chocolate Festival（チョコレートフェスティバル）

ハメルーンというバレッタに近い小さな町で
チョコレートフェスティバルというお祭りがありました。

I went to Chocolate Festival in Hamrun where was a small town near Varetta.
There were a lot of stands that sell chocolate.

友達がチョコレートを買ってくれたのでひとかけら食べてみた。
甘い～～～おいしい～～～

My friend bought me chocolate and I ate 1 piece.
So delicious, so sweet

何もかもがチョコレートでおもしろい。

Everything were chocolate.
The chocolate pizza, the chocolate train, the chocolate spa.
It was funny.

帰路はぐだぐだ。
最終バスを乗り過ごしバレッタまで徒歩20分。
土曜日だけ深夜バスがあったのでなんとかバレッタから
センジュリアンまでのバスを捕まえて無事帰宅。
よかったよかったo(^▽^)o

We missed the last bus and walked to Varetta,
but we caught the bus from Varetta.
Just on Saturday, there are night service bus till 3:00.

10/18(Mon)Maltese DInner（マルタの晩御飯）

先週金曜に一週間分の写真と一緒に
カメラを失くしました

I lost my camera
and almost week's pictures...

友達が写真を送ってくれたけど
JPEGファイルのサイズを小さくできなくて
容量オーバーでここにアップデイトができない（Ｔ＿Ｔ）

My friend sent me photos,
but I can't compact the JPEG file
and update those. (size is too big)

なのでとりあえずまだ載せてない
夕御飯の写真でつなぎます。
たぶん一週間ほど前のディナーです。

So, I write about dinner that have not been blogged.
Maybe it was 1 week ago...

10/17(Sat)Bowling（マルタでボーリング）

アジアンパーティの続きです。
あのあと、ボーリングに行きました。

Continued from Asian Party...
I went bowling after the party.

ボーリングなんて何年していないか
記憶にないくらいなのに
先週だけで2回も行きました。

How many years I didn't go there?
I can't remember.
But last week I went there twice a week.

一回目はシュプラッハカフェ（語学学校）の人たちと
二回目はアジアンパーティのメンバーで。

First, I went with Suprachcafe sutudents,
and second, I went with EF Asian members.

お互いの言語は違うんだけど
アジア人といるとすごい気が楽。
つくづく自分ってばアジア人だなぁと思う。

I feel easy when I am with Asian,
though we cannot understand each language.
I keenly feel that I am Asian.
