今回の更新はちょっと趣向を変えて、10月から(弊社グループ会社)サムザップにシステム責任者として異動となるH.I.氏です。
弊社「キャリチャレ」の制度はご存知の方もいるかとは思いますが、彼の今後の方向性と、公募ポジション、スキル、マインドセットが一致したので、この度はれて異動ということになりました。
私（や長瀬）は、自分たちの組織を、多様性に富み、またそれぞれが成長できる場として成長させていきたいと考え、精進していますが、個々の成長や指向に対して、すべて自組織で完結できると思うほど自信過剰でもありません。そういった人に対しても、制度として、グループ会社への異動という形で、かなり幅広い分野の経験をさせることができるということは、社員にとっても大きなメリットと思います*。
*実際、この４ー５年間で４人ほどの社員が異動しています。
ところで弊社「キャリチャレ」の制度は、転職と同じく、相思相愛である場合に異動が成立するわけですが、結婚と同じく、１００％すべてが理想どおりということはほとんどありえません。今回の彼の場合も、年収、ポジションや会社知名度などを総合すると、どちらかといえば厳しい条件で異動することになりました。
そんな道をあえて選択した彼を応援するとともに、今回、最初で最後となる？ブログエントリの執筆をお願いしておきました。
H.I.氏、とりあえずシステムトラブルをササッと解消して、さらに事業規模を拡大するための抜本的改善を行ってくださいね。グループレポートでI.氏の名前を聞かなくなったら、戦死したと思って、屍は拾いにいきますので...。
Good afternoon, folks. I'm M.S. The next article was written by someone who is a bit different than the previous writers. He is I., who will move to our group company Sumzap this October. In brief, he won't be our colleague next month. As you may know, our company and groups have a useful rule that allows workers to move their positions and occupations between CyberAgent groups.
We call that rule 'Kyarichare'. His move falls under this rule, and group company Sumzap has accepted his conditions, such as salary and position. GM Nagase and I usually think our department should accept a variety of workers with different personalities and specialties. However, we don't think we have enough capacity to accept 100% of these workers. That's why it is valuable that our company offers those workers the ability to move their positions without moving to another company*.
*Practically speaking, four workers have moved to another department or another group company in four or five years.
This 'Kyarichare' rule applies when both the worker and the group company reach an agreement.
In this particular case, he will be moving in less than optimal conditions, because Sumzap is a much smaller company than CyberAgent. I would like to offer him my support for choosing this tough path.
Well... Mr.I., please fix the current system trouble with Sumzap as soon as possible, and then you should change the base system completely in order to improve their business further. If you die from the heavy workload, I will surely bury you in your family tomb.
