蒲田のお茶とお菓子まやんちで2月のお茶会に参加してきました。
前回1月のアフタヌーンティーに続いて、2月も行けて嬉しい。

まやんちのアフタヌーンティーは予約制。
1人2600円でお好きなお茶がポットサービス。
下段はいつものラインナップ。
上段のスイーツは日替わりです。
いただいたお茶は
ネパール・ジュンチャバリ茶園のヒマラヤンブーケ。
ジュンチャバリ茶園が晩秋に半発酵のお茶を作るのは珍しく
芳醇な秋摘みらしい香りが楽しめる烏龍茶。

サーモンとディルのキッシュ
サンドイッチ（人参、トマト、アボカド）
プレーンスコーンにはクロテッドクリームと自家製苺ジャム
温かいうちに、スコーンから。

・タルト・アマンドショコラ
・柑橘のジュレ
・パートドフリュイ
抹茶のマカロンの中には桜クリーム。
春らしいフレーバーの組み合わせ。
タルト・アマンドショコラ
チョコタルトの中にはアマンドショコラがIN。
パイナップルケーキは自家製餡包み
柑橘のジュレはマンダリンオレンジ
さわやかな柑橘ジュレ
お楽しみのフレジエはイチゴがぎっしり。
フレッシュで甘くて爽やか。

その他の注意事項もホームページでご確認を。
※3月までは毎週2回金曜日と土曜日のみの営業ですが
4月からの営業は木曜日と金曜日に変わるそうですのでご注意を。
