We had a barbecue dinner at home last weekend.
またまた鉄板プレートで、

週末はわりとあったかかったから、
窓全開でも前ほど寒くなかった。

これでもう、今年最後だな。

It was not so cold as the last time, when we had all the windows open.
Probably it’s going to be the last barbecue at home this year, though.
It will be too cold otherwise.

実はもう一つ問題があって…
窓を開けて室内気温が下がると
ギンさんのケージ内も、当然気温が下がるんです。
Another problem is that the room temperature goes down tremendously, and that makes the temperature in Gin’s cage drop as a result.
毛布いっぱいかけて保温もしてるけど
それでも、油断はできません。
It is covered with layers of blankets to keep warm, but still we can’t be sure enough.
こういうちょっとしたことが、リクガメは危ない。
And such small changes can be crucial.
We really have to take all things into consideration for him during autumn and winter.
秋冬のリクガメの体調管理は

今回のバジル風味ソーセージ
We tried basil flavored sausages.
前回と同じく、田崎真也氏推奨
が、うまかった❗️
It’s very nice and fresh.
I like it.
風味が生きて、いいかも。
Maybe it’s better boiled than grilled, I think.

何故か、ビール しかも、第3の。(笑)

Why the third beer, not wine?
It’s the recommendation by the world famous soumlier, right?
I made some kakuteki- like pickled daikon.
It turned out quite tasty.
これも、なかなか美味しくできました。
Here is how to make.
Cut daikon Into dices.
Add salt.
しんなりしたら水洗い
When it’s soft and moist,
Rinse with water.
水気を切って
焼き肉のたれ、コチュ、胡麻油を足します。
Add yakiniku sauce, red chili powder, sesame oil.
Finally white sesame.
白胡麻ふって、出来上がり。
焼き肉のお供に
パパッと出来て、便利。
So simple and goes well with yakiniku.
This sauce by gyomu super is really handy.

なんだかんだで 重宝するなあ。
