We went out hit dinner at a very nice restaurant on Saturday night.

You may have some trouble finding the place, as it is located at the first floor of a very small apartment building.

と、かなりギョッとするロケーション
You will never expect there to be a restaurant in such a quiet place.
It doesn’t stand out either.
でも、雰囲気良さそうで
以前から通るたびに
気になっていたお店です。
But there’s something attractive about it, so I have been curious.

Everything is delicious!

とろっとろ❗️
めちゃくちゃ濃厚です。
Then, soup.
Stewed tendon.
It’s so rich and creamy.
前菜のレベルの高さに
いい意味で期待を裏切られた感じ。
こりゃー、楽しみだ。
I am amazed at the quality of all the dishes, which is actually so much beyond my expectations.
I am really excited for the main dish now.
二杯目は白ワイン
頭も殻も、いけちゃいます。
エビ
エビの味噌がうんまい❗️
この味、故郷を思い出すなあ。
Fresh prawns.
It can be eaten from head to tail, even the shell.
And the brain is so good!
The taste reminds me of my home town.
後から分かったんだけど、
このエビ、実は オーダーミスだったそうです。
お店からのサービスにしてくださいました。
ラッキー❗️
Later they told us that the prawns were on house, as they got the order wrong.

Here comes the abalone.

柔らか〜。
うんまか〜。
So tender and so sweet.
アワビって、不思議だね。
刺身だとあんなにコリコリなのに、
火を通すと しっとり柔らか。
It’s amazing the meat, which is very tough eaten raw, becomes so soft and juicy when cooked.
二人とも、迷わず肝にしましたが、
レモンバターも、試せばよかったかな。
They offer two kinds of sauce, lemon butter or liver and soy sauce.
We both chose liver, but we might as well try the other one too.
赤ワインにチェンジ
肉に備えます。
Now I’ll switch to red wine and get ready for steak.

付け合わせは、
日の通り具合が、絶妙
カブ、ズッキーニ、、パプリカ、カボチャ
肉 魚介も美味いんだけど
野菜がバリウマなんだよね。
The vegetables here are very tasty, not to mention the meat and seafood.

強い火力で焼く事で
うまさが引き立つ
んだって。
もちろん 鮮度にもこだわってるそうですが。
Chef says it’s all thanks to the power of the flame that makes them taste better.

Garlic rice is something not to be missed.
A perfect one to finish the teppanyaki dinner.

It tastes like out of the world with an extra piece of steak and sauce on it.
All the staff are young, energetic and motivated.
They have the power to move forward, I believe.

皆若い方ばっかり。
若さと勢いがあるお店。
これから期待できそうです。
I am so glad to find such a nice place.
I hope to go there again.
