ふるさと納税 返礼品（╹◡╹）

ふるさと納税の返礼品が届きました。

Hi there! 

We received the return gift for ふるさと納税　the other day. 

Wild boar meat! 

いのしし　肉❗️

Welcome all the way from 能登❗️

能登から　はるばる、ようこそ〜❗️

It is bright red, as is often referred to as ぼたん　or peony. 

通称ぼたん　というだけあって、

赤身が真っ赤っか

I guess the way best to eat it is 鍋, to cook in the pot with many other vegetables at the table. 

いのししといえば、

やっぱり、鍋だよね❗️

これを使いました。

まつやのとり野菜味噌

金沢では、誰でも知ってる

味噌鍋の素。

This is the seasoning I used. 

とり野菜味噌, the miso based soup stock by Matsuya, which is popular in Kabazawa that everyone is so familiar with it. 

It is good for all sorts of ingredients as well as chicken. 

とりだけでなく、いろんな鍋料理に使えるんです。

能登つながりですね。

I believe it will go well with the meat, for they have the same origin. 

うちは、家族全員いのしし肉　大好き❗️

We all love wild boar meat. 

ちょっとクセがあるけど

それがまた、たまらない〜❗️

It has unique strong flavor, but we love it all the more for it. 

いのししの出汁で煮た野菜がまた、

絶品なんです❗️

And the vegetables cooked in the soup taste so good! 

野菜　どんどん入れちゃいます。

普段肉ばっかり食べる旦那も

もりもり野菜を食べます。

My husband, who usually prefers meat, grabs into vegetables first.

And the tofu is just out of this world! 

そして、味が染みた豆腐も、

うんまいっ❗️

美味しかったあ〜❗️

体中、ホッカホカになりました。

やっぱり冬は、鍋だね❗️

It was a great dinner. 

We were all warmed up. 

Nabe is definitely the ideal dish on cold winter days. 

We put aside a little meat for 志朗. 

志朗にも　ちょっととっておきました。

志朗用に　味なしで茹でてあげました。

I boiled it and gave it to him, 

なーに、それ❓

最初　ちょっと警戒気味…

志朗は、結構食べ物にはコンサバなんですが…

He looks rather wary. 

He is usually very conservative about what he eats. 

But! 

すっごい、好き❗️

Look! 

He loves it! 

ね？食いつきがすごいでしょ❓

Gee!  The way he gobbles! 

Want some more, 志朗❓

よかったねー、志朗❗️

もっと　ちょーだいわん❗️
