和風激辛ソース 雷
あの❗️かんずりを作ってる会社が出している
辛いソースです。
It’s the very hot and spicy seasoning produced by Kanzuri, the company famous for the product with the same name.
見た目、タバスコみたいだけど、
むしろ 辛い醤油、に近い感じかな？
It looks like Tabasco, but tastes more like soy sauce with a lot more spices.
辛いだけでなく旨味もあって
とにかく 美味しいんです。
It’s not only spicy, but also very nice.
But the problem is, it is so popular that is now very difficult to get.
これが人気がありすぎて
入手困難…
青、赤、金 の三種あります。
うちは、青を使ってます。
で、青より赤、赤より金の方がうまいって
巷の評判なんです。
そう聞いたら、気になるよねー❓❓
There are three kinds, green, red and gold.
We have tried the green one, which I find quite good.
However, red and gold are actually said to taste even much better than green.
Doesn’t that make you feel curious about it?
で、メーカーに直接取り寄せ注文しました。
So we decided to order them directly to the manufacturer.

やっぱり金はずば抜けて、辛いいみたいですね。
You can see how hot they are by the numbers of chilies indicated on the packages.
Apparently the gold is by far the hottest, it’s got five chilies!
And surprisingly the gold one is made from different ingredients from the other two.
While green and red are made from Japan grown habaneros,
