髪、切りました。と、牛丼ディナー（╹◡╹）

昨日は、五月晴れでしたね。

こんな日は、お散歩が 気持ちいい〜！

あちこちで 運動会やってたようです。

I saw some schools having Sports Day here and there. 

Weren’t they lucky it was such a perfect fine day ? 

晴れて良かったワン❗️

昨日は午後から 個人レッスン。

で、ついでに仕事前に サクッと髪を切りに行きました。

Yesterday I had a private lesson in the afternoon. 

So I dropped in on at my favorite hair salon to have my hair cut. 

二ヶ月ぶりだから、もう、ボッサボサ❗️

 白髪も目立っていたので、行かないとやばかった…

It has been already two months since I last had my hair cut. 

It was getting rather messy and my gray hair was coming out 

The hair dresser and I have known each other for more than ten years. 

He always does a good job, and I really trust him. 

もう、10年以上の付き合いの 美容師さん

相変わらず うまいなあ。

3割り増しくらいに仕上げてもらいました。

And as usual, he did such a good job 

that I looked much better after the hair cut. 

で、なんと、なんと❗️

出かけている間に、

旦那さんが、私のバイクを洗ってくれてるではないかっ❗️

そして、洗濯物も、取り込んでくれた、という。

なんという 気配り❗️

By the way

Guess what happened yesterday. 

My husband kindly washed my motorbike while I was out. 

And further more, he took in all the laundries for me. 

How sweet he is!

昨日の晩御飯

おなじみ 牛丼、新玉ねぎで作りました。

甘くて とろーり、新玉ねぎ。

新玉ねぎ って、火を通すと、

また、美味しいですね。

野菜スティックに ナッツ味噌

ピーナッツバター味噌に、くるみの刻んだのをプラス。

なまでも、新玉ねぎ。

トマトサラダに新たま醤油漬け

他には、

焼きピーマン 

きのことニラの おひたし

もずく アカモク わかめの酢の物を

冷奴に、のっけて

ご馳走さまでした。
