iOS
NetBeans 7.4 supports development, deploying, debugging and live CSS styling also on iOS Devices. Support for iOS is available only on Mac. Debugging is available for iOS 6.0+.
Setup Instructions:
1. Install XCode from Mac App Store (XCode 4.6 or greater)
2. Install command line tools and iOS Simulator SDK
3. Enable Web Inspector on your iOS Device in mobile Safari Preferences (Settings > Safari > Advanced > Enable Web Inspector).
4. Mobile device must be on the same network as developer machine.

Here are the steps to install Java and Eclipse, prior to installing the Android SDK and ADT Plugin.
If you are running a 64-bit distribution on your development machine, you need to install additional packages first. For Ubuntu 13.10 (Saucy Salamander) and above, install the libncurses5:i386, libstdc++6:i386, and zlib1g:i386 packages using apt-get:
sudo dpkg --add-architecture i386
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install libncurses5:i386 libstdc++6:i386 zlib1g:i386
For earlier versions of Ubuntu, install the ia32-libs package using apt-get:

Android Debug Bridge (adb) とは？
Android Debug Bridge は adb と省略されます。 これは Android SDK の platform-tools に含まれるツールです。
このツールを用いると、現在利用可能なデバイス・エミュレータの列挙、シェルコマンドの発行、ファイルの転送などが行えます。
Eclipse から Android アプリをビルドしたときも、裏側で adb を用いてエミュレータまたは実際のデバイスに接続します。
adb の仕組み
adb は主に adb クライアント と adb サーバー から構成されます。
adb クライアントを起動すると、adb クライアントは現在実行中の adb サーバーを探します。サーバーが見つからない場合は、adb サーバープロセスを起動します。
adb サーバープロセスは起動後 TCP ポートの 5037 番で待ち受けを開始します。 adb クライアントは、5037 番ポートに接続に行きます。
adb サーバーを明示的に起動するには、 adb start-server コマンドを実行します。

Install Ubuntu Developer Tools Center with Android Studio and Android SDK in Ubuntu
Ubuntu Developer Tools Center is currently in alpha so you'll encounter bugs! Report them @ Launchpad or GitHub.
Before proceeding, if you've used the unofficial Android Studio PPA maintained by Paolo Rotolo, purge the android-studio package:
sudo apt-get purge android-studio
sudo rm -r "/usr/share/android-studio"
1. Install Ubuntu Developer Tools Center
Ubuntu 14.10: as I said, UDTC is already available in the Ubuntu 14.10 Utopic Unicorn repositories so to install it, use the following command (or search for it in Ubuntu Software Center, Synaptic, etc.):
sudo apt-get install ubuntu-developer-tools-center
Ubuntu 14.04: Ubuntu Developer Tools Center is available in an official PPA maintained by Didier Roche. Add the PPA and install UDTC using the following commands:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:didrocks/ubuntu-developer-tools-center
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install ubuntu-developer-tools-center
2. Install Android Studio and Android SDK using UDTC
