いったい、このブロガーの方々は、何を当局に対してしたのでしょうね。

なるほど、be critisize of、すなわち、criticizeとは、「自分は、その事は、または、その人は間違っていると思う」ということを発言することによって、不同意を表明することなのですね。
つまり、このハノイのブロガーの皆さんは、当局が間違っているとブログで発言して、当局への不同意を示し、それがネット上で加速したことを取り締まるために、detain され、起訴されたのですね。
